The battery fully charges in about 4.5 hours. In motion-activated mode, the battery life can last up to 30 days in a one-cat household.

What type of adapter do I need for charging?

You can use any 5V2A adapter to charge the battery pack. A USB-C cable is included with our cat water fountain.

How should I maintain the water spout of the battery pack?

You can rinse or scrub it with the brush provided in our cat water fountain. However, be sure to plug the rubber cap before cleaning, and do not immerse the battery pack in water.
