With a set of accessories to get started.
I appreciate the set of accessories that is included with the 8 Gallon vacuum. Sometimes you don’t get the small nozzles and it becomes an extra expense. The casters are a little small, but that’s not a big deal if you’re using it mostly on smooth floors and not trying to bump it along on gravel while full and heavy.

Strong vacuum stiff hose.
The Dirt Devil 6-Gallon Corded Wet/Dry Vacuum with Stainless Steel Tank is a decent value. The unit is light weight attachments can be stored on top of unit but get in the way or fall off in use. The hose end has a twist lock which is nice but the hose is made of a stiff plastic that always go the opposite direction you want it to go. The vacuum sounds is not very loud like a smooth jet turbine very tolerable, the unit uses a easy two clips to empty the canister, has a great dry filter system but a very cheap wet filter sleeve that needs to be slid on before wet use. The unit has an eight foot long suction hose with a 3hp peak motor that creates good suctions includes most attachments needed. The unit is well balanced with a sturdy handle, extra long cord, large on and off button with a stainless steel canister that looks great but will get dinged up over time compared to plastic shell units. The unit seems to run very well was easy to clean but the hose I do not like sometimes knocking the unit over. One good thing it’s a brand name vacuum so you should always be able to get replacement filters for it.

Solid shop vac.
This has been a sawdust sucking machine and it does a great job . I hooked this vacuum up to my saw and it has been able to help me cut down the amount of sawdust in my shop. The vacuum is pretty light weight and portable while still producing a good amount of power. The vacuum is easy to clean and it seems well built so overall I am definitely happy with it.

A well made small Wet/Dry Vac
I do a lot of woodworking and have a large vac to suck up most of the dust but as you know with power tools a lot of wood shavings still end up on the floor. To do that I had a smaller vac (I believe it was a Craftsman), that gave out on me. It used bushings instead of bearings and all the fine dust finally caused the bushings to freeze up. A bummer for sure. So, I was in the marked for a new wet/dry vac and saw this one so I ordered it. Here are my thoughts on the Dirt Devil 5-Gallon Corded Wet/Dry Cleaner:1) It comes with the typical attachments to allow you to use it for wet and dry stuff. You can clean up a spill or clean up the seats in the car. It has all the typical attachments needed.2) It comes with the wet filter as well as the dry filter.3) It has pretty good suction for the small size of the vac.4) Being this small it is very portable and easy to move around.5) The hose locks into the vac so when you tug on the hose it does not pull out as some other vacs do!I am not sure what else to say. It works like a small wet/dry vac and will perform as one would expect. I certainly have no complaints about this little unit. I did not pull it apart to see if it is using bushings or bearings. I will assume bushings since they are cheaper to manufacture and most of these vacs are about the same when you pull them apart. A bearing would be better. Just saying! :>)I review a lot of products because I know reading other peoples reviews are very helpful. I saw a reviewer that gave a rating scale and I thought that is useful. When one is reviewing from underwear to air compressors having a way to tell you why I rate is important. I will probably revise this as I go to meet the needs of all the different products I review, but this is what I have for now! Here is my rating scale:5 Stars: Excellent product, I highly recommend this product for anyone.4 Stars: Good product, but there are some quality, functionality, or design issues, but will still work well.3 Stars: Okay product, it will work for some people but not all people. It works but not great.2 Stars: Is not very functional. It might work in a very specialized situation, but don’t count on it.1 Star: Trash. I can’t see any useful purpose for the product.

Great suction, worked well enough
This vacuum worked well and had great suction power. The attachments this came with worked well enough, but none of them worked well for smaller areas. I used this primarily for cleaning my vehicle out, and the hose wasn’t really flexible enough to do this easily. The noise level really wasn’t excessive, and overall this was easy to use, and while not really convenient to clean my vehicle out, this did work well on other small jobs around my house.

fonctionne bien ..dommage que le tuyau soit pas plus long et qu’il n’est pas possible d’avoir une rallonge
