I got this to clean up an attic with mold. Sturdy, perfect size, very good product. This must be Dewalt sweetheart shop vac. Ideal in every way.

The most used tool I’ve ever purchased!
We originally purchased this shop vac for our basement, that unexpectedly flooded one night and luckily not since.Since then, this vacuum has gotten so much use; we recently moved into a house with hardwood floors and this vac has worked wonders for us! Upright vacuums I’ve noticed spit dirt everywhere while operating on hard surfaces, this is simply a powerful hose.I’ve also used this vacuum to dust, clean my car, and even remove pet dander from furniture (which by the way, this vacuum does extremely well).Overall, I highly recommend this!

Fantastic vacuum!
This has to be the best shop type vaccum I have ever purchased (and I’ve owned about 10). The suction power is phenomenal, and the rubberized caster wheels make it quiet and manueverable across wooden floors. The cord is a wee bit short, but easily remedied with an extension cord. The tool bag off the bag is a fantastic feature, and much more convenient than the typical slots on similar vacs (the tools always get knocked off). I really like the floor tool; it has just the right about of bristles and a short rubber squeegee. This allows the brush to brush up the dust and the squeegee to make excellent vacuum contact with the floor. I actually bought this vacuum for inside the home. It does wood floors and rugs equally well. The small round brush attachment works very well on for both furniture dusting and fabrics. I have ONLY one complaint; one of the extension wands had a crack running vertically along the wand, which I had to super glue. I think it was the result of the box being wacked sometime after the vacuum was packaged

The vacuum has excellent suction and appears to be well built. Iâve had some problems with other shop vacs but this one is excellent so far.

This thing is a beast.
I have a smaller, plastic version of the Dewalt Vac (DXV09PA), so when I went looking for something to detail my new-to-me Toyota RAV4 TRD with, I decided on this one. It was kind of a toss up between this one and a comparably spec’d Vacmaster. After reading about 7,532,126 reviews all over the Internet, and seeing the rave reviews for this one, and a few complaints about the Vacmaster, I opted for the Dewalt.Let me tell you, this thing does NOT disappoint. It has ridiculous suction. I bought it specifically for my car, and I have dogs, so being able to pull dog hair out of carpet is a key feature. It does. Obviously, it’s not perfect. Stuff that is REALLY freaking stuck into the carpet is going to have to be loosened up first, but I did very little hand plucking of dog hair from the seats (pleather) and the carpet. Just the occasional recalcitrant dog hair that wouldn’t budge.Comes with the usual attachments you’d expect. I added a car detailing attachment kit. With a little nozzle on there you can practically pull out the seats with it. I exaggerate a tad, but seriously, it’s got power. In theory, it has the same 5.0 peak HP, but it far outperforms the DXV09PA. I used both side by side, and there’s no comparison.My only nitpick with the Dewalt wet/dry vacs is the ridiculously short cord on all of them. But, hey, extension cords for the win. Love the washable/reusable filters, which was one of the key reasons I retired my Craftsman and my Rigid shop vac. I cannot find suitable filters anymore. Filters they say fit just don’t. After a couple years use, can’t find filters….they are useless space wasters in the garage.Maneuverability….well, it’s a barrel on wheels, so it’s not great. I dumped it over a couple of times trying to move it. It is what it is. I have yet to find a vac that handles like a Ferrari anyway. Not a show stopper for me.In general, this is an awesome vac. You won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic! Can’t go wrong!
Now this is a vacuum cleaner! I purchased this as a gift for my Dad to use in his garage. He also uses it to vacuum out his car. This thing has the suction, could suck the chrome off a trailer hitch. Seriously though, it’s very nice. Heavy duty industrial build, solid stainless steel, and all the attachments you could ever need. The attachable bag to store the attachments is very convenient. It’s been running strong for six months and is used daily. I’ve never seen a better made vacuum cleaner. I can easily see this thing running for years. A vacuum cleaner is an essential tool around a home garage. If you’re viewing this product, I’m sure you’re well aware of that fact. You can’t go wrong with this one. Only complaint is the replacement bags are kind of pricey. The filter has held up great and hasn’t had to be replaced yet. Actually just bought one for the hell of it. He will need it at some point.
