Disappointed
I received this in December 2 and it worked great up until time to charge and it will not charge. I could not find any trouble shooting videos or customer service. I have requested a refund which hopefully will happen since I have used it and don’t have original packaging.

Honest review after a month of solid use
I used this Deerma wet vet for a solid month before reviewing. First it was shipped in a box, inside a box, inside yet another box. No way will it break on delivery.It is not a dry vac. It has 3 modes. Standard mode, energy saving mode and water suction mode. I’m guessing they claim it can dry vac when you put it into water suction mode. But, to get there you have to click 3 times through the settings to get there, meaning water has already come out in the standard mode and energy mode before doing water suction mode.I love that the right side of the machine gets the super super close edges. It is self propelled, took me a bit to get used to it without feeling like it would take off. Now, I don’t even notice it like the first few uses I did.It comes with cleaning solution, a cleaning bristle thingy to ckean the machine. No extra rollers. Hopefully they sell some or that this one lasts a lifetime. The solution says to use 1 capful, which is half a tablespoon. So, very very little solution is used.The amazon “additional details” under “product information” says it has a HEPA filter. I have a very hard time believing the tiny little blue foam filter is a HEPA filter.It does not get super sticky messes up, but neither did my name brand floor cleaner. But, I use it daily for dogs prints and everyday meal prepping/dinner messes. I love it.This machine is cordless and I’ve had no issues with battery life while doing what I need it for. I clean my entire tiled kitchen, eat in area and 2 bathrooms just fine. It really does lay pretty flat down to 180 degrees if needed.The clean water tank needs to be pretty full to run the self cleaning mode. It’s not smart enough to stop itself when dry. The voice prompt tells you to make sure there is water before doing so. The self clean cycle is like 2.5 minutes long. So, sometimes longer that what I even needed it for. But, I’ve have zero stink issues! I also love that when you shut it off it says “switching off” then runs 2 seconds longer so it doesn’t leave a pile of water when you ended.I have no complaints about the noise. It is less noisey than my vacuum, but I wouldn’t call it quiet. I don’t think it claims to be quiet either.It has a cord wrap on the back of the docking station so that’s nice that I don’t have to just ball up the extra cording.I’d totally buy this again. It’s not a dry vac. I hope it can last for years and years to make the price worth it. I’m not remembering if I saw anything about a warranty with it, if I did they weren’t bragging about it. For the past month I’ve used it daily and like it better than my cr0sswave.I like that it doesn’t spit out a ton of water nor does it leave the floor soaking. Seriously, with my name brand one my floors took forever to dry and the suction wasn’t good.

Not easy to remove the bottom part other than that it’s easy. Easy to clean cleans itself u just need to rinse

Vacuum mops and sweeps
Was easy to assemble. Easy to use and easy to store when itâs charging. But. Itâs not easy to clean when youâre done. I would rather sweep then use regular wet vac.

Saves me so much time I would give it more stars if I could
I have trouble walking so sweeping and mopping takes me 2-3 hrs easily because I have to stop and sit constantly. I was able to do the floors in about 20 mins. I previously saw reviews saying the clean/dirty water tanks are difficult to remove….not true….they are easy to remove if you refer to the directions, if you try without looking at then then it bight be difficult. I took time to try removing & replacing tanks several times before using, it was a great help being familiar with their removal. Even with the after care of the machine it’s way less time for me than to sweep and mop. I cannot believe how much dirt it cleaned off the floor. I ran the cleaning cycle 3 times afterwards (to empty the clean water tank) and it was still washing dirt out of the roller. I am amazed at how well it did. The only negative I found was I couldn’t get under the edge of the dishwasher but my hubby swept all the trash out from under it for me and I just ran rt over it with this vacuum/mop and picked it rt up.
