When you pull your vacuum out from the box, you’re at least hopeful that all will work and not have any fitment issues. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the case with this vacuum. Three of the castors would not seat into the castor feet. It appears to be a bad molding issue with the three castor feet. This can and, unfortunately, does happen. I’m hopeful as to what will be done by Craftsman. My problem is acknowledged by them and it is under review. There will be an update when I get it from them.
