The steam is by demand comes out front not from underneath
For not like the fact steam is by demand n cones put the front of mop.

This steam cleaner is amazing!!!
This steam cleaner is amazing!!! It makes my life so much easier as I have to clean a very big area. I have a lot of back problems but this machine solves the problem. It only requires a bit of water and cleaner to clean your house or whatever flooring you have. The rotating circle mats make it easy to move. The only downside of this machine is that it can only run for 30 minutes before automatically shutting off and needing to wait 40 mins before the machine can be used again.I extremely recommend buying this.

This mop is easy to use, fill up with water and heat up fast. I usually set at level 2, constant steams come out in few seconds, this make cleaning my tile floors fast and convenient. I like the shiny looks after cleaning.

Easy to use . It is safe for hardwood flooring. The steam head is flexible, just need to touch the handle little, not big push or pull. Recommended.

Turns off automatically and will not stay on.
This machine turns off automatically and will not stay on. Requested a full refund and asked for shipping label as I don’t believe I should pay return shipping on a defective product. They offered 50.00 the first time contacted and I find someone to repair the faulty circuit board. I responded that was not sufficient. The next reply from the company, they stated they would do a partial payment of 100.00. I again requested a full refund. Dealing with this seller has been difficult to say the least. They have finally said they would refund the full amount.

I wanted to love it…but cant
I saw the reviews regarding this floor cleaner and the problems others had with it prematurely shutting off but this had everything I wanted so I gave it a shot. BIG MISS! Easy to set up but once I tried using it it ran for 10 minutes and shut off. I let it sit for over an hour and tried again. This time lasting less than 5 minutes. Let it sit for another hour and tried again off again in less than 5 minutes. Thats it, Its going back. It really has great potential but obviously has a design flaw. I would call this a floor wood “Polisher” more than a wood floor “deep cleaner”. Had to go over same simple stain multiple times before it finally got it. Too bad, I really wanted to like it..

A Great Unit so far, so Good
I have only had this unit a few days now, but it worked fine.It Cleaned well, easy to control, It’s quite, and left No Residue or ugly film on the floor.I recommend this unit to anybody.The only down side is the 30 minutes of on time then 40 minutes of off time, But from what I understand all steam cleaners have this safety function.

What a mistake
The handle falls out every time you lift the unit. Function is awful. The controls are unresponsive. The brush rotation is so labored and slow It functions like a dying grinder. Never could get the steam to work. Water level of the tank is almost impossible to see. Overall waste of money.
