Feels And Performs Like A Good Quality Brand Name
Getting this broom mop setup was easy. A little familiarization is a good idea. The manual is a little bit of a let down there. Both the Wife and I tried it out and put it through its paces. She cleaned some berber carpeting with it while I cleaned some linoleum flooring.I was impressed with how sturdy and solid it feels. It honestly feels like a quality brand name product. The way the handle swivels to get around things and the weight of the machine impressed me. It feels substantial without being too heavy and tiring. It has very very good suction. For not being a dedicated carpet cleaner it did a decent job on carpet and it does not leave the carpet wet.The noise is not at all overbearing especially compared to a traditional carpet cleaner. It sounds a lot more loud in the video than it is.On the linoleum, it did not do a great job actually scrubbing the floor super clean but if I needed to, I would probably just spot scrub it beforehand and then hit it with this machine. It leaves an uncarpeted floor super dry and mine was completely dry in 10 minutes easily. It’s also easy to empty and clean. I think part of that’s because of its smaller size and good design. The battery capacity is extremely good and even on the highest setting was more than enough to clean a few rooms at a time without having to hurry. After using it, it’s a simple thing to run it through its self cleaning process, rinse everything and let it dry while returning the machine to its dock to recharge. The home dock was the only thing I did not really enjoy. Seating the machine in so it’ll charge is fussy and I feel like I’m going to break something at times. The dock also feels a bit cheap. My only other gripe is the easy to inadvertently push buttons on the top handle.Overall, both my Wife and I were super impressed with this Sunsmai cleaner. It performs very very well, the quality is very good and if it is reliable, it’s a home run.I would recommend this floor cleaner to anyone.

Bad buy or bad luck
I filled the water tank after I charged it fully. Turned it on and it worked goodI shut it off to move a sock then went to resume my fun job and for some reason it said empty dirty water tank ???? I didn’t even go through a forth of the water in the clean tank. I empty what little dirty water was there placed it back together and again said the same thing … I’ll have to look it up on tube n see what I need to do to bypass this or do a reset or what ever. I hate working for something that iv paid for.seller did offer me a refund but instead had me try a few things .nothing helped so I’m taking the lose of money and ordering something similar from a different company. I’m not sure why they offer a refund ?? They were more willing to offer solutions to fix their product but in the end it just isn’t fixable. Asked me to give them something iv never learned to do on my phone or Amazon. This vacuum looks great but looks are not getting the house cleaned. I don’t recommend this vacuum due to my experience with the vacuum customer service was worse then the mop.they will make offers like refunds or a mop that works but never honor anything . Instead they stop talking to you in hope you go away. I don’t recommend these guys .find a better company that cares about there product

Quite a bit of extra things but worth it
I truly love this thing and use it solely for the hard floors and not carpet. Iâd still suggest having a vacuum cleaner on hand . Itâs a nice size and has a holder for it . Itâs not too bad to clean , looks nice .

Good contruction, cleans tile floors well, battery life too short, high maintenance
Good quality and construction. The vacuum has two speeds, Economy and Max. Assembly was easy with good assembly instructions. However, the cleaning instructions for use could be better. There is no fill line on the clean water tank. The amount of water to use is vague. For instance, the instruction for filling the clean water tank is “Unscrew the water cap counterclockwise and add some water⦔. How much is some? Another instruction, for self-cleaning is “â¦make sure there is enough water in the clean water tank⦔. How much is enough? The specification page in the manual states the clean water tank can hold 650ml (about 23 ounces). That amount fills the tank to the top. There is no suggestion for any specific floor cleaners that can be used, but the manual states that you can “add some non-corrosive or flammable liquid cleaning solutions⦔. I assume that it is meant to be non-flammable.Regarding the mopping function, I fully charged the vacuum before I started the mopping. It cleans well in Economy mode but I had to use Max mode for the more difficult spots. I added an estimated 1 ounce of Fabuloso to filtered water on my first use but after some research, about a half ounce should be enough. There are several bigger issues that I encountered. The manual states to use the sprayer as needed. I needed to use the sprayer approximately every 2 or 3 swipes or else the swipes were dry. In my estimation the mophead should remain wet for mopping. The mop stopped after I had mopped about 200sq ft. and was told to refill the clean water tank. After refilling the tank, the vacuum stopped again after about only 60 sq ft saying the dirty water tank needed to be emptied and the vacuum needed to be put back on the charger. (Yes, it does talk.) That is well short of the promoted 200m2 (square meters) capability (200m2 is equivalent to approximately 2,150 sq.ft). Perhaps the description was meant to state 200 square feet instead of square meters? As per the instructions, I placed the mop back on the charger for 2 hours and tried it again in a different room. On the second run It stopped for clean water and asked to be placed on the charger after I had mopped only about 210 sq. ft. I also emptied the dirty water tank. It could not be restarted until the battery was recharged. It seemed to require more frequent charging than was specified. If I was doing something wrong I don’t know what it was. On subsequent uses I got two runs on one charge but needed to add clean water solution and empty dirty water after cleaning about every 210 sq. ft.. Normal vacuuming worked well but needs to have the mop roller changed with the hard brush roller for carpets. There is quite a bit of maintenance suggested after each use.My final thoughts are it cleans quite well but frequently needs refilling clean water, emptying dirty water and has less than optimum running time. The very touch sensitive on/off button and mode switch is on the top of the handle sitting very close to my thumb during use, I did not count the many times I accidentally turned off the vacuum during normal use but it was quite a few. I consider the button location a design flaw. Accounting for the frequent water refills and emptying the dirty water, and if one does the suggested maintenance after each use it does not save any time for mopping. I have no experience with any other wet/dry vacuums but this one seems to be priced at the mid to upper tier. Overall, I find it easier and more economical to use a Swifter. This gets my 3-star rating.
