Good value for your money. Functions are easy to understand. Lightweight. Suction power good for pet hair. The only down fall would be there is no indicator while vacuuming on how much battery life is left. Overall if you are looking for an easy to use vacuum this works great.

A second battery either being available or included would be a great help. Four hours to charge is unbelievable in this day and age. Having to be in the unit to charge is not a good thing either. It does have good auction power but with the battery not being available either here on Amazon or with the manufacturer (who ever that may be) lowers the score. Amazon noted to get in touch with the manufacturer but that was a huge rabbit hole I fell into. For this reason I can not recommend this item.
