OK for the price but needs a few improvement
This is not a bad vacuum for the price. It is light weight easy to use has OK battery life and good suction. However, there are a couple of design features that need to be improved. First the power switch is very awkward to use. Once the power is on it is not easy to turn off. The power selection must be in the middle position in order to turn off the power. If you are vacuuming in the minimum eco mode setting or the max power boost mode then you can not turn off the power without first returning to the middle setting. Since the power is difficult to turn off there is a tendency to leave the vacuum running while not being used for short times. A trigger switch would be much more battery friendly. My second concern is the latch on the dust collection container. Twice within minutes of each other the compartment came open and all of the content fell out onto the floor and furniture. The latch is light weight and easily released. You must first make sure the latch is fully engaged and second you must be careful how you set the unit down so that you do not accidentally release the latch dumping the content everywhere. And finally, you get what you pay for in material as well. Besides the light weight latch, the quality of the plastic used for the unit is very light weight and I will be surprised if it holds up to any accidental drops or rough usage. All in all, it works pretty well and does what it is designed to do. You just need to weigh the options this economical vacuum cleaner that work pretty well or pay 5 times the price for top of the line brand name vacuum.

Incredible customer service
This company will go above and beyond to ensure that you are left with a well working vacuum. I had some difficulties with mine and I was supported immediately with great care and consideration.As for the vacuum, itâs mostly great but you may experience some difficulties with the batteries. However, for the price and incredible customer service, you probably canât do much better. I initially bought a very fancy one on prime day but returned it and got this one instead. Again, I did have some difficulties but canât lower my rating because of the incredible support.

Disappointing Vacuum.
I purchased this vacuum after reading multiple positive reviews but unfortunately it does not live up to my expectations.Pros:easy to assemblegood suctionlightweightthe crevice tool and brush combined into one unit is a plusnot too loudbright light on vacuum headCons:Battery life is very poor. After several charges and usages, the longest battery life for use was just a little over 16 minutes. This is the most disappointing aspect.The canister does not empty completely and I have to pull debris out.

Thought this would be a great vacuum. It was when I used it for 10 minutes before it died and I never got it to turn on again, received a replacement. The new one did the exact same thing. Don’t buy!

Excellent vacuum
I’m exceptionally fussy about a vacuum since I have an old house with wood floors and rugs that need constant attention due to New England weather. I’ve owned Dyson in the past and find them exceedingly overpriced, heavy and unwieldy to use. This Fieety vacuum is spectacular. Very light, great suction, reasonable battery life and truly the easiest assembly upon arrival. The head is designed so that it easily goes under furniture and swivels with ease. I have purchased two models of the Company and both are superb. Best of all, I can’t praise their customer service highly enough. What company answers your email queries within hours or the longest response was less than 24 hours. They are responsive, courteous and if any issues arise, attend to them immediately. Astounding in this era to have this kind of human interaction. All in all, I highly recommend these products, company and this particular vacuum.

Great Vacuum for our Apartment
We traded in our old larger vacuum for the sleek and cordless Fieety. It is a powerful, lite, and versatile vacuum. We have an apartment with 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms and can vacuum the whole space and still have charge left in the battery. Finally, it fits nicely in our closet. We were able to hand it right on the wall.
