After repeated attempts to try and find where my item was, seller finally gave me a real tracking number. First number given as tracking number was useless. This was when product was already a week late. Received a $15 discount for my trouble. Product finally arrived 10 days late. Very poor seller experience, total lack of answers to my questions, just some unintelligible mumbo jumbo that made no sense. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER. Totally untrustworthy in my opinion.

Game Changer for an Affordable Price
Vacuum as described and the best purchase for an affordable price.Pros:-Roller doesn’t tangle-Suction power is great-Easy to clean and take apart-Different accessories makes it easy to clean all spaces-Portable, love cleaning my car with it-Great with dog hair at highest setting-The light is AMAZING, I sweep religiously but after going back through with the vacuum you really see how much dirt and dust is still left behind-Easy to emptyCons-Battery life doesn’t seem like it will get as long as expected but definitely can get a “normal” cleaning session out of it on one charge-Can get a little heavy with long cleaning sessions or lifting it to clean higher spaces-I LOVE that it can stand on its own however, if you don’t set it up the right way the weight of the handle/main vacuum piece can make it tip overOverall great product and would recommend to my friends and family!

Just So Disappointing
Update 12/24/2024: Following my review of this item, I was contacted by the Seller, AOLOKO, by a woman named Amanda. Amanda could not have been more gracious or helpful. She apologized for my experience with the product, and offered a full refund, with no return of the item. She also offered a new vacuum with stronger suction, longer battery life, and better anti-clogging. I was so relieved, as I had worried a lot about how to replace the first vacuum. It is rare, in my experience, that a seller of anything truly backs up their product with solutions that are actually helpful to the consumer. I have already been advised that my refund is being applied within a couple of days, and the new vacuum should be here today (Merry Christmas to me!). Amanda sent a follow up email to confirm that I understood they want to stand behind their products, and want to improve, as a company, on those products. Credit where credit is due: this is a refreshing and gratifying response to an unhappy consumer. AOLOKO, and Amanda, have made me a much happier consumer, and I look forward to receiving the new vacuum. I definitely recommend any company that solves customer problems with their products. Well done, AOLOKO, and Amanda. I bought this vacuum cleaner on sale, and was so excited about it. I previously had a much less expensive stick vacuum that I loved, as it is so much lighter and more maneuverable for me. I have back problems, and the traditional upright vacuum cleaners are so difficult for me to handle for any length of time. My little stick vacuum did a great job, but just didn’t have any attachments, and the battery wore out quickly, even in my small home. So when this one went on sale, I was very excited. The reviews were good, and I liked everything I was able to learn about it. I was delighted with it’s performance for the first few uses, and really loved the ability to change the settings for a more hefty clean. Sadly, about 6 weeks later, it began to have problems. I noticed that it was overheating, in spite of my diligently emptying the trash bin after every use. I then noticed that emptying it did not help with the pet hair and other debris trapped down along the sides of the filter. This required me to remove the filter, which I then cleaned per the instructions. I disassembled the stick portion of the vacuum, too, to make sure there was nothing clogged in there, and much to my surprise and disappointment, there was a ton of debris in every portion of the stick as well. I cleaned all of that out, re-assembled the device, and began again. We care for two sweet granddogs much of the time, so I get plenty of pet hair, as well as debris hauled in from outside, on their paws. I try to stay on top of that, by cleaning my floors daily. But after a single use of this vacuum, the same problems appeared. The stick was always clogged, the filter trapped debris all along the sides, and the trash bin didn’t capture much at all. The design itself is flawed, I believe, as the filter prevents the machine from adequately capturing any debris at all. The instructions for replacing the filter are not adequate, either, but both my husband and I tried it repeatedly, and it only works with the filter being placed one certain way. Which is to say, it doesn’t work at all. My husband noticed that every time he lifted the vacuum off the floor, a bunch of debris just fell out of it. It also drags small bits of sand or pebble-like material along our LPV floors, and has scratched the floors several times. These are not large bits, just tiny ones, but it still damages my floors. I am so sad we are past the time we could return this item. I cannot afford a better one, and now feel I have wasted my time and money trying to make this work. It just doesn’t. I’ll be saving my pennies for a better one at some point, but it will take a long time, and meanwhile, I will have to sweep my floors like a pioneer. I’m truly disappointed in this device, and hope others do not have the same experience.

Good power, easy manueverability!
This is a great little vacuum! It has 3 suction power levels, and comfortable grip and an nice wallmount that holds the accessories. The brush head works well to pick up dirt on carpet and hardwood and I like the no-tangle design. I deal with long hair strands a lot in my house and this picks them up easily without creating a mess to cut off the brush head. It holds a good amount of dirt before needing to be emptied and I do like the extendable wand. Fit and finish are great and the materials are solid.

LOVE this vacuum!
I wanted something at home to help me quickly run over my tile/hardwood floors throughout the day and this was it! Superfast shipping, packaged well. It was very easy to put together and was charged halfway upon arrival. I love the digital battery reading on top, so you can easily tell how much juice you have left. The 3 different speeds are a really nice feature too. The vacuum is super lightweight, no issues handling. I also love that it stands up on it’s own, but it does come with a wall mount as well. Easy to empty. The battery is removeable, I like that feature so it can be charged. I love the power that it has even on the lowest setting. If it continues to be great, the elderly mother/MIL might be getting these for Christmas! They also quickly send you the information to easily register your vacuum and apply the 3 year warranty.

Lightweight and easy to use
The vacuum is lightweight and durable. It has multiple suction levels, and works well on both carpets and bare floors. I especially like the lights that clearly illuminate the debris on the floor. The vacuum stands upright, and the battery is rated to last an hour before recharge. I’m very happy with this purchase.

Great vacuum
I have been wanting a cordless vacuum for quite a while and this one is just what I wanted it has a great LED light and itâs great for seeing everything that I need to vacuum on my floor. You can also charge it with a USB port and it can stand up on its own. It comes with the attachments that I needed. It very easy to use, lightweight and convenient. Great value I definitely recommend this vacuum it even comes with a 3 year warranty.
