Iâd give it 10 stars if there was a way to do that!
OMG! Just arrived this morning. Extremely well packaged. Instructions were clear. I put it together easily even though Iâm not a mechanical person at all. It was about 2/3 charged out of the box. I had to try it out and did nearly all of our house (1500 sf) before it died so I know the battery life will be sufficient to do the entire house on a full charge. Itâs quieter than our old corded vacuum even on the highest suction setting. It comes with a bracket to attach it to the wall but I donât think thatâs necessary. It stands up well without it. I removed the battery to charge it. It can be charged attached but Iâd rather remove it without attaching to the wall.Itâs light weight and easily maneuverable. The head is 10â wide so it fits between the toilet and walls in our bathroom. With our corded vacuum, I had to take a hose loose and stretch it to fit there. The Muzzy fits everywhere! And swivels. I could reach areas that had obviously been missed in the 10 months weâve been in our new house. I know that because the head has a light on it that showed all the dust along the baseboards as it sucked it right up. I was shocked because I thought the floors were pretty clean before. I think the reason so much dust had accumulated along the baseboards is because the suction part of our old vacuum didnât get as close to the baseboards as the Muzzy.Thereâs a button on it to turn the suction up and down as needed. Our floors are hardwood and it picked up well even on the low setting. I increased the suction for area rugs.Not having to unplug and replug the cleaner several times made vacuuming go so much faster. The battery recharged in about 3-1/2 hours.Before I ordered the Muzzy, I was thinking about getting a robotic vacuum because I hate to vacuum. Iâm glad I didnât! Itâs absolutely a great value for the money!

So far, so good.
Iâve only had this vacuum a couple of weeks, but Iâm impressed so far. It is light & easy to use. The vacuum maneuvers around corners and tight spaces better than any of my multiple vacuums in the past (from multiple Sharks, Black & Deckers, and an expensive Dyson!) The suction and functionality and price is comparable, but the ease of use is far superior. Time will tell if the battery life remains strong with more use over time.

I asked for this for Christmas. We have 4 dogs and I wanted something light and cordless. Assemble was very easy, it is light weight and suction power is good. Dirt tank is small but I empty after each room anyway so it’s fine for me.

Excellent product, especially at a discounted price.
I have been using this vacuum for about a week now and it has been one of my favorite purchases for my house. It has excellent suction power that can be used for extended periods of time. The charge lasts even more than advertised, from my experience. The battery does not take too long to recharge to full charge. It does not spit back any cat litter from the back of the vacuum because of the brush and also does not drop any once you go to dump the tube. The brush is easy to remove and cut any potential long hair that is wrapped around it. I would recommend this product, especially when on sale.

the vacuum is quiet as expected. the directions are self explanatory. the battery last long (i have wood floors) i have dogs and this vacuums does a wonderful job at picking it up!! it is very lightweight which i love and it can get pretty much anywhere you need too. i would recommend!!

I wouldn’t call this a “vacuum” it doesn’t pick up much. Going in trash going back to high end brand. Should just spend the money and get one that works. Clogs too easy and doesn’t pick up.

This cordless vacuum cleaner is very easy to use, has great suction power, and a long lasting battery. I was able to unpack, assemble, and start using the vacuum within about 10 minutes without needing any instructions. The package comes with the vacuum, a wall mount unit, a battery charger that can be plugged into a normal household outlet, attachments for crevices and vacuuming furniture, a tool that you can use to clean out the filter and remove hair from the roller brush, as well as some good instructions.Operating this vacuum is very easy. There are 2 buttons on the front of the vacuum near the handle that you use to operate the vacuum. One button is a power button that turns the vacuum on and off. The other button allows you to select from 1 of the 3 power modes. There is a digital display that indicates the current power mode setting. The length of the vacuum is easily adjusted to accommodate different heights of people as well as make is easier to clean furniture. I have demonstrated the height adjustment in my video.The dust bin is transparent to allow you to easily see when it needs to be emptied. Emptying the dust bin is a breeze. There is a button that releases the spring loaded cover and the dust bin is then just emptied into your garbage.This vacuum is nice and light to make daily cleaning a breeze. The floor cleaning attachment has an anti-tangle brush which does a good job of picking up hair and larger particles. The floor cleaning head also swivels in every direction making it very easy to change direction and vacuum under furniture as I demonstrate in my video. You can also remove the floor cleaning attachment and use the other attachments to clean furniture and crevices using it as a smaller handheld unit. As we have cats in our home, we really like how quickly this vacuum picks up cat litter from the floor and cat hair on the floors and furniture.I have found that the battery life can last almost an hour in the lowest suction setting. I generally use the vacuum on it’s most powerful setting and get just over 30 minutes of runtime before the battery is dead. This is plenty of time for quick daily cleaning over multiple days. Recharging the battery from completely dead takes about 3.5 hours. Now that I know the battery life, I usually plug the charger in after each use so the vacuum will always be fully charged when I want to use it.To recharge the battery, you plug the charger into the battery, and then plug the charger into a normal household. I really like how you can remove the battery from the vacuum so you can use a convenient household outlet anywhere in your home. There are lights on the battery when charging to indicate the current charge level.This vacuum has a brushless motor which gives it an extended lifespan over other cordless vacuums I have tried.This vacuum will pretty much stand up on it’s own when not in use so it can be easily hidden in a closet or laundry room. There is a bracket included that can be attached to a wall to help hold the vacuum in place if you wish.This has quickly become our favorite vacuum for daily cleaning around the house and I would recommend it if you are looking for a good, lightweight, cordless vacuum for your daily cleaning needs. Not having to drag a power cord around when doing daily vacuuming makes the job so much easier.
