Very Nice Stick Vacuum for the Price
Overall it’s a great vac The only miss I have found is it has a had time with short pile carpets. Pushes very heavily on these carpets.

Defective battery over heats and swells customer service won’t help
My battery was overheating and swelling day one upon receiving. Customer service was no help as lithium ion batteries cannot be returned. They’re damaged. They can cause a fire, blow up a truck etc. It’s a disclaimer in the refund section for UPS to come pick it up that it cannot accept damaged batteries and to contact customer service. Customer service said they would send me an email to receive pictures to process refund upon the ending of chat. No email was received. Contact them again. Now they say send it even though UPS will not accept it as a return and it says it’s expressly forbidden to do so as it is a danger. It did work well before charging it for the 10 minutes of power it had pre charged .

Great customer service!
This vacuum was sent to me to replace an older discontinued version. The vacuum has great suction power and battery life. The customer service from this company was outstanding as they stand behind their product and honor their warranty.
