Very handy powerful tool for its size….
Very handy powerful tool for its size….it’s a nice small handheld blower/vac that’s nice for shop use with plenty of power. Don’t go out thinking this’ll be taking the place of your backpack or standard yard blower…LOLHowever it does come in handy for blowing/vacuuming the workbench, blowing off garage floor and it did surprisingly well cleaning the driveway of loose leaves, light dirt and dust. (There’s a pic setup in vacuum mode).I like the adjustment knob to making adjustments as to how much power you want or need to get the job done. And it has a electronic lock switch for when you don’t want to keep holding down on the button. Oh yea, my Milwaukee battery works perfectly on this unit to.I personally think it’s a good value over the $120 plus dollars for an original Milwaukee M18v blower that only blows and not vacuum.The instructions are useless…it doesn’t tell you how to use the vacuum portion, but it’s easy to figure out. We’ll see how long it last.

Great as a blower but not much of a vacuum
Definitely watch the video they provide to show how to put it together and you will want to slow it down to half speed because it’s uploaded at double. It took me awhile to figure out that mine came with an extra ring and one was already installed on the rubber nozzle. The blower attachments go on and off easily but the inflation nozzle is difficult to put on and harder to get off. It works great as a blower but it’s only good for vacuuming up fine dust as larger material will get stuck in the tube or motor housing. The speed control is nice to have but the digital constant on feature on the trigger is a little hard to get used to because there’s no feedback to tell you if you have activated it. I think that I actually prefer the small lock on buttons that you find on typical triggers.

Nice unit.
Compact size makes it easy to carry on the yard vehicles, very strong , does a nice job. Goes well with my supply of Dewalt batteries and the price was right

Failed on first use.
Wanted this to clean up occasional leaves and debris from the porch and deck. As the picture shows there is a cross member at the intake to the blower. So small that even the smallest dried leaf fragments clogged the inlet. But much worse is the blower wheel/impeller came loose and rubbed on the housing. It was sliding back and forth on the shaft. It didn’t wobble.Item returned for credit.

Blower, but not a Leaf Blower
Weeellll. It is nice and compact and works on the DeWalt battery as it should. Actually puts out a decent amount of air. Don’t see how one could use it as a leaf blower. The three pieces that make up the tube are a soft rubber like material that are supposed to twist lock together. The ends are so soft that the pieces quickly come apart when trying to use. Two pieces, instead of three, will almost work if one can accept the shorter tube. Fortunately I didn’t purchase to blow leaves, but to blow dust off a golf cart and RV slide tops when camping. I can accept using a shorter tube and I think it will work just fine for what I want. It is nice that it is so small an uses a battery I am already carrying.Edit: Fourth use, maybe ten minutes total use the blower sparked when I pulled the trigger and started smoking. I was on ladder blowing off my RV slide roof. Blower was on fire, flames, before I got to the ground.
