Not quality plastic
I just got these new paddles today and upon installing them on the metal piece one of them already broke. It appears the plastic is low quality and too brittle. Very disappointed. Iâll update the review if the seller reached out.

Cheap
Broke on only the 3rd time using it. Wasnât a huge or stiff batch of dough either. This is the second time this has happened, I thought the first was a fluke/bad luck but obviously itâs a design flaw.
