Odor Neutralizer Effectiveness & Scent
Although I only have used this solution for the odor neutralizer and not for stain removal, it has been great thus far. It certainly does the job on litter boxes. I have found that the concentrated formula is spray and walk away, thus not requiring it to be wiped up after applying. I also find the scent to be quite nice, however it smells like a light lemon scent to me.As a side note, it’s difficult to find a concentrated solution that’s less than one gallon, so I was very pleased to find this more manageable size. Thus far, I don’t see any reason to look elsewhere the next time I need a refill.

Oh my goodness!
I thought Odoban was good, but this stuff is awesome. Nothing got pet stains, old set in stains, off the white carpet. But this stuff did! Call me happy as a duckâ¦Iâll always have this on hand. Be ready, the fragrance is strong at first, but mellows. Even good on cat urine!

My go-to cleanup for pet stains and odor
I love this product and the company! It seems like the company listens to its customers, too. This product used to have a very strong lavender scent, but because it does a phenomenal job cleaning up pet stains (including dog poop) and odor, I put up with it and just vacated the house for a few hours. Now, the fragrance is very subtle, and nice. I use this to clean my carpets; simply remove the detergent container and then fill up the water reservoir with this solution in the mix ratio instructed on the back, then I walk very slowly on my carpet to lay down a thick layer of this solution. If I have to back up, I do so quickly so that the carpet cleaner does not suck up a lot of the solution and leave as much solution in place to do its job. You should see the dark color of the water sucked up in that one quick backup! After it is dried I go back over the carpet with water instead to pull up all the dirt. It is amazing the amount of dirt this solution loosens from the carpet! Pet urine and poop smell–GONE! Pet stain–GONE (depending on how bad the pet stain is, I go over it a few times with the carpet cleaner and solution).

I use this in combination with other products.
I love the smell and cleaning ability not the price so much but I do keep buying so that says something. It gets odor out and makes the house smell like cherries BUT does not break down enzymes to prevent remarking

Smell
Me and my dog moved to an apartment on the fourth floor and he won’t go on the try I brought him. He had my house smelling like a kennel (no affence to kennel’s) this product gave me my house back. Highly recommend!!!!

Really works
Gets rid of stains and odor from pet accidents. Bought two spray bottles full of competing products. When they were empty, I looked for something better. Found this and refilled them with this product. Makes quite a few refills as itâs concentrated. Not just for pets. Works well as a stain pretreatment for shampooing rugs and a spot remover on clothes. Smells pleasant but not too much.
