I bought hose as a replacement for a Dewalt vacuum hose for better flexibility and length. Adapter allowed connecting to other extra equipment that was not possible before the hose replacement. I have no problem recommending this product to those in need of a replacement hose.

Great set. Quick connect fits directly to my Bosch miter saw. Then with adapters can fit to all my other tools big and small. Hose occasionally winds itself loose from connector but plenty of easy fixes for that.

It’s been good to me for over a year now in my wood shop. The adapters have a quick connect thing going so I usually keep them attached to the tools. The only drawback with that approach was that I have more tools than adapters but you can buy adapters…so 5 stars from meAreas of concern is that it will probably open up if I step on it hard. So I try not to do that. That’s likely going to be how it will fail. A future crimp in the hose.

Arrived on time and in good condition.
This kit fit’s my HD & Skil routers, as well as my Ryobi 5″ orbital sander and I think it should fit my Makita power planer! The hose also fits my 16 gal HD shop vac!!! I hit the proverbial Jackpot as far as dust collection is concerned!

Great adaptors
This dust connection system is fabulous. I have been able to place the couplings on three different sanders and they all pull in the saw dust beautifully. One of my older Makita sanders has a rectangular port and the flexible connectors connected to the rectangular port with no issues at all. I like the quick disconnect because I can leave the connectors on my sanders and quickly and easily switch between sanders. The 10 foot hose is convenient and easy to handle. The dust collector end fit very nicely into my dust collector port.

Great Kit. Turns my shop vac into a dust collector.
This is a great kit for the home owner /Diyer who dosen’t have the room or need for a dedicated dust collection system. This is just what I was looking for to turn my shop vac into a dust collector. I have the Ridgid 11 gallon smart cart shop vac and this kit fits and works great with it. I just disconnect the factory ridgid shop vac hose and connect Cen-Tec hose. The fixed connector on one end of the hose fits into the shop vac port perfectly. The other end of the hose has a quick connect fitting that allows you to connect one of the different sized adapters. Now I can use my shop vac as a dust collector for my DeWalt 10″ contractor table saw, my 12″ miter saw and all my other hand tools that have a dust extraction port. The adaptors are made from a flexible rubber that stretch slightly to allow you to tightly fit them over the port on your tool. I like that the hose is a smaller diameter than my shop vac hose. The smaller diameter produces a very strong suction at the tool end. Plus the inside of the hose is smooth so your debris and dust will not get stuck in the hose like they do on a regular ribbed hose. I am glad I purchased this kit. It works great for my situation.

Finally!!!
For years I have been meaning to get a hose and adapters to connect my saw and sander to my shop vac. I was baffled by the different sizes and wanted to be able to connect to everything. This set was PERFECT. I went with the longer (20ft) hose so I could get the ShopVac out of the way while I am working. It had the perfect size to connect to my DeWalt Orbital Sander. It also fit right into my Worksite Table Saw and connected right up to my ShopVac. I am super happy with the assortment of connection pieces. This is well worth it and the hose is super flexible and well made.
