This hose is kind of expensive, but it is smooth on the inside, flexible, and seems well made. It is NOT like the hoses you typically get with a shop vac, it is much higher quality. I am using it with my Ridgid shop vac, which it fits perfectly.

I have an 18 year old Ridgid shop vacuum that still works fine but the hose had bent sections that made it a challenge to use. I had to use the old connectors to the Ridgid vac hose and slide them onto this hose but it worked. If this shop finally wears out, I have the adaptors to use it for more modern vacs. I wish that I would have gotten the 20 foot hose when I originally bought the vac. Its a high quality hose made in Illinois and the length allows the vac to stay in one spot which saves time.
