Got this product to use to clean our couch. We donât have carpet or pets so i wanted something that wasnât too expensive that way i could use it to clean our couch every so often. This does a great job. It is fairly small sized and not too heavy. It has great suction and definitely gave our couch the refresh it needed. Itâs super easy to use and would recommend.

Smaller than I anticipated
This machine as it says is only for spot cleaning and maybe your stair case. The water containers are small and the suction is not that great so you canât soak down your carpet. This is why I only gave 4 stars suction was not as great as I expected but I got it on sale so it was worth it for me. Itâs very light weight and easy to use.

I started out loving this machine
I started out loving this machine, I used it to clean two upholstered chairs, some carpet spots, and some stairs. I dumped the tanks and didn’t need to use it again for a while. I don’t know what happened when it sat on the shelf in the storage closet, but the vacuum works, and the spray does not. I went from just clear water to warmer, clear water; I removed the spray head and held the hose much lower than the unit. I’ve done every trick I can find; it doesn’t spray anything. I liked the light weight of this machine, and when it worked, it was great. But now I’m left with a mini wet vac; unfortunately, it has been 10 months since I purchased it. Again, when it worked the suction of the machine and the cleaning was good. I reduced my stars by two due to the longevity.

Great suction, easy for small areas.
I own a larger full area rug cleaner. Not worth hauling the big albatross out for quick clean up of coffee, spaghetti sauce that spilled on carpet. Fast dry (within 22 minutes) completely removed entire stain, has great suction power. Worth the value and a time saver. Use it on my rug in office constantly as that seems to be where my critter likes to release her yak piles.

It has hardly any suction.
Not sure where the great suction reviews are coming from, it has very little. Not even enough to pull any liquid into the dirty water tank . And yes both tanks are sealed correctly.Now I have the joy of shlepping this junk to UPS for the return. Hard pass.
