I bought this because it seemed to have high ratings. I should have trusted my gut and went with a reliable brand. I was initially disappointed, because just in holding the vacuum, it seems cheaply made. But I gave it the benefit of the doubt. I tried using it, suction was mediocre at best. I tried the various attachments, which, by the way, have no instructions on how to attach them and in my experimenting found that the small valve that is supposed to keep items in the dust bin was barely hanging on by a thread. It was broken and I hadn’t used it for more than 10 minutes. Needless to say, I returned it and bought a Black and Decker, but I wanted to put up an honest review of this item since it is sooo expensive in price but cheap in product. Incidentally, I saw the same item on Temu for less than $20. I should have done more research.

At the time that I ordered this, there was 100% five-star reviews and everyone was happy with it. I was so excited to get this as I don’t have an outlet to plug in my ShopVac in the garage anymore. I got the battery charged up and ready to go. I then read over the instructions and I was shocked that there are attachments given, but no instructions on how to put them on. After much trial and error, I was able to figure out that the attachment that is normally designed for edge and corner suction is the attachment piece for the multisurface nozzle and the larger brush attachment. I absolutely HATE IT when a company does not include instructions on all its parts, no matter how easy it might seem. I shouldn’t have to spend even two seconds trying to figure it out. The instructions should be provided. In addition to that, the main brush attachment was not properly protected and the bristles are a bit mangled. I am confident that the motor is probably the only good thing about this unit. It seems to have good power with suction. But again, there are blowing attachments, but no instructions on how to switch the unit from suction to blowing, and there is no visible evidence of a switch on the unit. This leads me to believe that these attachments probably go on the back of the unit to make use of its natural blowing to provide suction. The problem is that I can’t figure out how the attachments are held secure to that end. I tried twisting it, but it does not lock very securely. As soon as you turn the unit on, the attachment either blows off or it will blow off if you put any bump or pressure on the attachment. So it means that you can’t do much rubbing or bumping on ANY of the attachments as they will all come off. I’m absolutely flabbergasted that anyone gave this unit a full five stars!! I’m seriously contemplating returning it. I will try to use it as the only thing that really matters to me is the vacuum suction. If I can complete the job, I’ll keep it. If the parts fall off while I’m trying to the job, I’m definitely returning it. Surely there must be something better than this to purchase!

This purchase made my wife and I very happy. It has strong power and good battery storage capacity. The portable vacuum cleaner I used before had enough power, but the battery life was too short. The key was that it was broken… There was power, but the motor did not work. I tried to repair it but failed. So I didn’t have much confidence in the new portable vacuum cleaner, but this purchase surprised me. It is also portable, but I don’t have to worry about the battery life because there are two batteries that can be replaced. I also have greater confidence in cleaning the dirt in the gaps. I am very satisfied.
