This is unbelievable stuff!
I had the vacuum cleaner repair guy recommend this stuff to me a few months back. So I bought some. I was going to use it to do regular carpet cleaning, but had the chance to use it on some seriously nasty carpet after my dog was severely ill. I have light tan carpet and what my dog threw up was bluish green. She is doing very well now, but I was really worried about my carpet. I used Capture on the carpet as directed. But I did leave it on at least 4 hours. I vacuumed it up and was left speechless!! The carpet looked brand new! I couldnât imagine how a solution sprayed on the carpet with powder on top and then vacuumed up would take out a stain that horrible!! I will never go back to a carpet cleaning machine or use professional carpet cleaners. This will now be my go to for cleaning my carpets. There is some work involves it because you can only do a certain area at a time, but itâs doable, itâs cheap enough without breaking the bank of using professional carpet cleaners. I have re-ordered this twice already. Highly recommend!!

Good product but be ware of broken box.
It is an ambivalent review. I am not happy with the product but I am satisfied with the result.The product came defected- the lid of the powder bucket was off and about a quarter of powder poured in the outter box. And I actually saw another review with such problem before buying, never thought it would happen to me.But I didn’t return it. Why? I called customer service and they told me it takes a few days to get me a new one and in the meantime, I have to return the old one. But I already have my Sunday scheduled for carpet cleaning and I won’t be available for the next week. So I decided to use the defected product anyway. Yes, the powder poured a bit on my floor when I open the box… but I need to scatter the powder anyway… What can I complain?The thing is I recently moved to a new place and it is a wall-to-wall carpet house. Although the landlord promised that the carpet has been just professionally cleaned but there’s still this strange odor in the bedrooms. I wanted to rent a carpet cleaner but it is too much work and honestly, the carpet is really clean judging from vacuuming- it is just the odor.So I did my homework online and found this cleaning set. And it worked. I have cleaned the carpet in one bedroom and staircase, and the odor is GONE!!! Generally, it is easy to use but it does take some effort to vacuum all the powder, especially those in corners and the bottom of the walls. And I like the smell- it smells clean and nice during the work but no perfume left when the job is done, which is great for my sensitive nose.I am ordering another bucket of powder for other rooms. And I really wish this time I won’t get a box of loose powder again!Advice for the manufacturer: please make the lid tighter! or notice the delivery to use caution!

works fantastic
my 94 yr old mother lived in an apartment and loved drinking wine. Thus she spilled a lot on the tan carpet. I sprinkled the powder over the wine stain, waited a minute then brushed it in. Waited the half hour for the powder to dry (it is somewhat wet or feels that way), vacuumed and the stain was gone. Some areas I needed to do it twice but it sure cleaned up her carpet. Even worked great on blood stains. Highly recommend this product.

Amazing results!
I am not one for taking the time to write reviews but I had to this time. This stuff is absolutely amazing. I cleaned the rugs in our dining and living rooms this past weekend. For over a year they have been walked on and had food and who knows what else dropped on them especially my young grandkids. There were several stains and it looked so dingy. The rugs are light gray with a blue design. I gave this a try and the results were amazing. I wish I had thought to take pictures. The rugs look like they were just bought. The stains are gone and they actually feel soft and clean again. It does take a little bit of work and elbow grease but it was totally worth it. I didn’t mind the work as this is something I would only do like twice a year. Fabulous product!

INACURATE DESCRIPTION OF SIZES AND PARTS, MISLEADING
I EXPECTED A MUCH LARGER SOIL RELEASE BOTTLE A 12OZ. IT SAID 16OZ BUT THAT INCLUDED THE NOZZLE. ALSO I COULDNT GET IT TO SPRAY TO WORK SO I WENT OUT N BOUGHT A BOTTLE TO POUR IT IN AND USE.MAKE SURE U WEAR A MASK TO BLOCK INHALING DUST POWDER GETS VERY DUSTY I LIKES THE WAY THERE WAS A CONTAINER WITH OPEN SLITS TO SPRINKLETHE POWDER DWN, IT MADE A CLOUD OF DUST . IT WAS A NICE SIZE CONTAINER ALSO. THE BRUSH HAD THE GROOVES TO SCREW IT ON A STICK BUT DID NOT COME WITH THE STICK. I JUST USED A REG BROOM.OVER ALL IT WASNT BAD IT CLEANED OK IT, AND IT WORKED OKAY, ALTHOUGH I HAD TO DO MY RUGS TWICE. WITH A MORE ACCURATE DESCRIPTIONS OF THE ITEMS. ID GIVE IT A THUMBS UP.
