Amazing for both spots and odors!!!
I wasn’t sure what to expect. I had cleaned carpets with a regular wet carpet cleaning machine. The result was meh. Then I tried Capture. Worked much better than the machine. Spots…gone. Odors…gone. And no damp carpets that needed to dry out. BUY THIS!!! IT WORKS!!!

Works best as a light cleaner and deodorizer. Dry not wet. Easy to use.
Great for deodorizing and light cleaning without wet shampooing your carpet. vacuum first sprinkle powder gently work into carpet using brush that comes along with order. Donât push hard let the powder do the work. Wait 30 minutes and vacuum again. If you have older or stained carpet this product isnât the best. However stain removers and pet stain and deodorizing sprays are available. I like it because it is an option in between wet shampooing so wet shampooing does not have to be used as often.

It worked okay.
I wanted to clean my 10 yr old wool area rug, but didn’t want to ruin it in the process. After a bit of research, I settled on this product. I followed the advice of other reviewers who suggested using a sifter to distribute the product onto the rug and a horse hair brush to work the product into the rug. Very good advice. The product was very chunky. The manufacturer should modify the lid into a shaker style for ease of use. The brush that came with the product was useless. It was too hard and it was misshapened by the shrink wrap. I used the entire 1lb container to clean my 6ft round rug. After I brushed the product into the rug, I let it sit for over an hour. I vacuumed the rug multiple times to make sure I got all of the product out of the rug. I don’t see much of difference between the Before & After pictures. I am pleased that it didn’t damage the rug. I do feel like my rug is cleaner and I would consider using this product again. All in all, it worked okay.

Dry or damp shampooing
This is interesting stuff but I really like it. You sort of sprinkle it on but then you have to spread it around and I use my fingers to just spread it everywhere on the rug. I then use the brush that they give you to just brush it into the little crevices of the rug. That takes a little elbow grease to do that but it was working good. Then I let it sit for quite a while till I thought it was dry because it is slightly damp. And then I vacuum it and oh my gosh it smells great. For those rugs that can’t go into a washing machine or not even into a laundromat this worked great. I think I would want to put it on some cement or something that you don’t care about what’s underneath it. Like I don’t think I would put the rug on the wooden floor to do this process I would make sure something like cement is underneath.

Excellent product, easy to use
Used this on a 2.5 year old carpet that had become matted and dull. This product made it look nice again. It is also softer after use.I sprinkled it on, brushed it in and vacuumed up about 30 minutes later.

Doesn’t fix jute rug stains
Was looking for something for jute rug as I was scared for puppy accidents on it and you’re not supposed to use wet cleaner on jute. Did not do a single thing in help removing stains.

Works Miracles With Pet Stains
Our dog has barfed x2 in the brand-new area rug. This product was recommended on the rug manufacturer’s website. With only 1 application, it removed stains I never thought would never come out. Buy it for your wool rugs. So easy and effective.
