We had pet stains and this removed the stains. Also remove tea stain on steps.

Didn’t believe it
Wow, this stuff actually DOES live up to the hype. It doesn’t remove every stain (soot, for example) but it does remove a lot of stuff and, unlike other carpet cleaners, the stains don’t come back. I will definitely purchase it again.

Did not remove any of the stains
I was not very happy with this product! I will never ever buy it again! I did not return it, because someone in my family felt it empty and put it in the garbage iwithout asking! Or else I would have returned it!

Great product!
This carpet cleaner is amazing! I would highly recommend for anyone with pets. I had a shipping issue and their customer service was excellent at getting this issue rectified. Thank you for making such a wonderful product.
