This was purchased to help me around my new home located around a wooded property. With 3 double coated, long hair dogs , I was hoping for help with clean up.I do not recommend this product for anyone with multiple large animals with long coats. My one shepherd alone destroys the bags in one sweep. His hair is coarse and it tangles on the roomba as well as in the bag. The bag CANNOT empty!! The bag CANNOT BE EMPTIED BY YOU either. The hair twists and circles the entrance Port clogging the bag.Instead of cleaning, it would pick up hair and then spit it all down my rugs or dropped along my hallway transitional strips to different rooms.Biggest pain in the butt.This already costs $500 plus, there’s no way I’m paying for a subscription for unlimited bags.Make that make sense when after 1 sweep I would have to throw the bag away and replace with another.On top of the poor sweeping, emptying the machine was not possible as it wasn’t talking to the disposable bin and wouldn’t empty. Which required constant monitoring.The mapping was a pain in the butt. We mapped 6-8 times but because we use starlink and get spotty signal, it didn’t do well capturing, would die and then have to start over.Roomba customer service was phenomenal but we decided to stick with dyson and the old broom and dust pan.I really wanted this to work.

Jams with hair
Instead of sucking up pet and human hair, it just gets wound and wound around all of the rollers and wheels. The mopping is very poor. It streaks instead of mopping. Any spots that were on the floor before mopping are still there after mopping. I’m really unhappy with this Roomba.
