This little machine is excellent. We have a new puppy and she has had several accidents. It connects easy and works great. I also bought some Resolve for pet stains and pre-treat with that.It even cleaned up vomit when she got sick. Iâve cleaned up my kids spillsâ too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This works perfectly! Someone with four dogs and carpet, this is a necessity. It works very quickly and is easy to use. Iâve seen a lot of people commenting about bubbles coming out of the machine or how the suction suddenly stops and I figured out why that happens! I had it happening to me and was pretty frustrated, so I called customer support and they explained that, when doing larger areas, the dirty water tank for line is lower than the fill line for the clean tank. This means that even though youâre not out of water on the clean side, the dirty side is full and needs to be emptied early. If not, it is designed to automatically block the suction to prevent dirty water from leaking out into the machine and sometimes the water leaks out anyway and causes bubbles. Just be checking your dirty tank maximum fill line as youâre working. It needs to be changed pretty frequently.

I wanted to love this so bad but it leaks. Iâm not sure if it was just mine, but after you spray and vacuum up the liquid, you have to hold it completely flat or it will spill Out everything you just sucked up.
