Outstanding would buy again
This vacuum works great for a household with pets and a child, making it easy to clean both rugs and hardwood floors. While I donât have carpet, I believe it would perform well on that surface too. Itâs lightweight, has adjustable power settings, and is quiet enough on low power to use while others are sleeping. The battery life isnât the best but is sufficient for cleaning a two-bedroom apartment. I do wish it came with an additional attachment for furniture like chairs or couches.

Terrible Vacuum- Would Not Recommend
When we first purchased this vacuum, I was not very impressed with how cheaply made it looked and the suction power was not as good as our previous vacuum. We decided to give it a few weeks and we have been nothing but disappointed. First the vacuum does not have the ability to stand up on its own so if you do not put it on the charger, it just falls over. That was very inconvenient while actually vacuuming, if I had to stop and move something I basically had to lay the vacuum down and then pick it back up. Secondly, the battery does not last very long on regular mode (maybe 20 minutes max) but on turbo mode the vacuum will die in less than 10 minutes. It made me feel like I had to speed clean before the battery ran out. If you use the vacuum on the regular mode, the suction is not as good. Thirdly, the canister that holds the dirt is very small and gets clogged very easily. The main reason we bought this vacuum was because it was advertised for homes with pets. But when actually using the vacuum, the vent would get clogged and not suction after 2 minutes even if I wasnât picking up a lot of dog hair. When vacuuming a medium sized living room with pets, I was emptying the canister at least 5-6 times. The buttons to remove the canister are in a very awkward position and it is difficult to remove. And then too make it worse, the canister does not stay latched onto the vacuum even though I double check it every time to make sure it clicks and is latched. In a 10 minute time span the canister on this vacuum fell off 3 times and the dirt/hair I picked up flew all across the floor. At that point we put the vacuum away and will no longer be using it.Overall, I would not recommend this vacuum and we are severely disappointed with our purchase and our wasted money on this product.

Great little vacuum, but …
It’s exactly what I was hoping for. Lightweight and no cord to get in the way. Picks up exactly as you would imagine a vacuum should. The only drawback that I’ve come across up to now (keeping in mind I’ve only used it once) is the length of time to charge the battery. Three long long looooong hours. Otherwise – if that doesn’t bother you – buy, buy, buy. I have one issue that having used it for several months now is driving me crazy – the attachment that holds the swept up debris constantly falls off – leaving a total mess on the floor plus I’m worried since it’s plastic, it’s going to break one of these times. I don’t even need to touch it and it will fall off. Other times I’ll just barely touch it with a finger when I’m turning the vacuum on and it will knock it loose and it falls. Does anyone else have this problem with it?

Powerful and easy to use cordless stick vacuum
We have a house that has a combo of wood floors, tile and rugs not to mention a dog and young kids. We tend to have a lot of dirt and pet hair just from everyday life. We had been using a corded Shark stick vacuum but found we weren’t using it enough because it is a bit cumbersome. We were looking for a vac that was powerful, quiet and easy to use and we definitely found it. The Britech cordless stick vacuum has the right combo of features and price to make it a great choice. Here are some of the things I like a lot about it:- Quiet, I think it is even quieter than our DustBuster which has been our go to for awhile.- Features, I like the big bright touch screen that allows you to change power on the fly. The extendable main tube is great for reaching high places and my 6 year old is convinced it is sized for her so she can use it too.- Battery, I was able to do my whole house (1900sqf) on one charge on the medium setting (high power drains faster) I like the fact that the battery is removable so you don’t have to attach the rack to the wall to charge it. I just popped the battery off and plugged into the included charger (see pic)- Dust cup, it could be bigger but it is easy enough to pop off and empty so it wasn’t really a bother. I do like that all the cup parts are washable as well as the filterIf I had to change anything i would love to see an option for an additional battery so I can charge one and use one at the same time.I am pleased with the quality and performance of the Britech cordless stick vacuum and would recommend it for people looking for an easy to use vac.

Short battery life
It is a very easy and convenient to use. Overall I really liked it, lightweight, no cords to tangle, grab it and go. Good suction, easy to empty dirt container, two onboard tools. Battery removes to recharge, or recharge it on the vacuum. Nice wall hanger included for storage and charging. Ultimately, though I hated to do it, I did return it due to very short battery life. Took a long time to recharge (about 3 hours on average I think) and top battery life was 15 minutes though usually closer to 10-12 minutes. The ad says 40 minutes. I talked to Amazon and they said MAYBE they could see about replacing the battery through the manufacturer, but it would have been about ten days to get a new one, if they could get one at all. I was a week away from the close of the return window, so I opted to return it rather than taking a chance that a new battery wouldn’t work/would not be available before close of return window, because then I would be stuck with a non working vacuum (not enough battery life to be worth using) and out the money I paid.
