Doesn’t come with a charger
Product is small, quiet, and exactly what I was looking for. Still, it’s annoying that it comes with a charging cable but not an AC adapter to be able to actually, you know, charge it. So now I have to read the product specs to determine that it needs a 5V/2A USB A adapter, and go buy or find one of those. It’d be nice if the product came with all the parts you need to use it.

Love at first sight, that lasted a week.
I was desperate to replace my previous hand vac and the Brigii vac seemed like the perfect solution. I was impressed with how lightweight it was, the easy USB charging cord, the removeable extending/brush attachment and the nice drawstring pouch to keep it all together when storing it. It arrived partially charged but I charged it the rest of the way so I would have a decent amount of time to try it out. on my first go, I was able to attack some unsuspecting closet and step dust bunnies, some lingering ceiling fan dust, some rogue hair in the bathroom and a few crumbs that seem to only collect in a hard-to-reach kitchen floor corner when the boyfriend cooks. The Brigii devoured all of this with no problem. The canister is released by turning it opposite the body, and I suggest that this is done over the garbage, and not over a clean floor until at least you learn just how much pressure to use when turning it. Even though at this stage it was not clogged, I wanted to take the filter apart just to see how it was done. The filter was easy to slide off the unit, but I could not twist off the filter. I gave up on that part for now, and was able to continue using this for short spurts over the next few days. I plugged it in to charge then unplugged after charge light went off. The unit powered on for a few seconds, and then went off. It did this a few times so I plugged it back in again to allow for more charging, but that did not matter.I really wanted to love this product for at least a year, but it did not win me over. It was love at first sight, but then we had to break up in about 1 week.
