It revived my Dyson!
My Dyson Animal 7 was losing battery life – towards the end, I was lucky to get 1 minute of charge out of it. I thought it had reached the end of its life. To troubleshoot the problem, I watched some YouTube videos on troubleshooting if it wasn’t holding a charge. I really didn’t want to spend $300 – $400 on a new sweeper. The one video suggested buying this battery kit that includes, not only the battery, but two filters that should be replaced or cleaned every so often. I have had the sweeper for 3 years and thought the filters probably should be replaced. So, while I was in the market for a new battery, I bought the kit that included the new filters as well. Let me tell you this – It’s like I have a brand new sweeper. The suction is incredible – I had not even realized it had been slowly lessening over the years. The new battery allows me to run it for 35 – 40 minutes or more. I almost was able to vacuum my enter house. Before, on the original batter, I could get about 15-20 minutes before it would need recharged. Between getting a battery with a longer operating life than the original battery, and changing the filters, I have given my Dyson new life and it is running better than ever! I HIGHLY recommend this kit – and it was super easy to install.

Battery stops charging after a month dont buy
I started getting the red flashing light when i was using this battery after month. The vaccum would stop with the red light and after i place it back on the charger it would work a little while. After 2 months the battery has completely stopped working. Thereâs no warranty info or contact for the manufacturer even though amazon saids 12 month warranty if you ask the ai agent. So out $35 for this paper weight.

Fixed old Dyson cordless vacuum
This battery repaired a cordless Dyson vacuum which had the original battery BMS go bad. Direct replacement. Works as it should. Probably get 10-15 mins run time on max suction.

Highly disappointed
The battery worked for about a month. Charging was easy and quick and then it just stopped charging. Nothing. Better to by a replacement from Dyson directly. Not worth the money.

only lasts a couple weeks
On initial installation, charged fine and worked as expected, However, after a few weeks, it would not charge. The blinking red light on the battery came on while attempting to charge. Removing from motor head, appeared to charge normally (blue light), but as soon as connected to motor head, provides to energy and red light comes on when pressing motor trigger.Definitely NOT worth the budget price. I’m going to by the Dyson replacement.I’ll attempt to return, but it;s about 8 weeks past original delivery…
