Bob respects your privacy: never does he send images anywhere — servers, cloud or otherwise — be it of your room layout or your cleaning habits. Bob boots in under 6 seconds — faster than any LiDar robotic vacuum — and identifies rooms at first glance, without wasting your time with an exploration session. Enjoy an immediate, detailed and color-coded map, and feel free to practice your drawing skills: use the app to draw any shape of NoSweep Zones or working areas when necessary or when bored, and Bob will follow. And if paw prints don’t quite match your decor, attach Bob’s wet mop, and voila! Use Alexa or Google to boss Bob around, or schedule a customized cleaning plan to send Bob to any area, at the time you choose.

Hands-down best investment!
This bobsweep PetHair Slam has been the best investment in 2023 for my my 2,500sq ft home. I have tile and wood floors, and it picks up every dust particle from the floors without missing corners or edges. I have carpet in one closet and it does a pretty good job cleaning there as well. I honesty never knew how much dust could accumulate on my tile/wooden floors until I bought this bobsweep. I donât have any pets; but it does an amazing job picking up my girlfriends hair all over the house. In fact, it keeps my a/c filter cleaner for longer periods due to all the dust/dirt it picks up from the ground. It definitely helps keep my house clean and it saves me a lot of time. For those of you with two story homes, it is really easy to chose the map it learned so you can transfer from up or downstairs. You can also create boundaries in case you want bob to stay away from the stairs or any room. The app work great on the phone to keep track of his work and cleaning history. It’s rather neat to be able to control it with your phone from work. The batteries are not bad either. I have about 54% batteries left after 1hr 35min of vacuuming 1,162sq feet. It takes about 2hrs to fully charge from there. The mopping is not bad either, it does the job well and it saves me hours of cleaning floors again that I do not have these days..Extremely easy to clean and maintain which was very important to me. Parts are very affordable and easy to replace if ever needed on their website. I find this robot vacuum more affordable than the other brands out there too. Last but not least, customer service rocks which took me by big surprise. They are very quick to respond to any issues, questions or concerns that you may have. Never had a company check on how well the product was working for me and if needed anything to please reach out to them. Iâll be buying another one and recommending this brand to all my friends and family members…If you on the market for one of these, don’t think twice on the bobsweep.

Top-notch vacuum and exemplary customer service
I recently upgraded one of my two Pethair Vision robots to the Pethair Slam. This was such an improvement that I quickly upgraded my other Vision to Slam. The pluses:- Short (3″ plus the “turret”) – Don’t underestimate the value of a short profile!- Quiet- Cleans everywhere it can possibly fit!- Handles floor transitions well.- Far, far better navigation because of the new mapping technology.- You can create “no sweep” zones. No need for clumsy magnetic strips required by Vision.- Privacy: the map is stored only on the vac and on your device where you’re viewing the map. Bobsweep (the company) does not store any maps. This is a big deal; in the past, some other vac companies allegedly stored your home maps on their servers, and who knows what they did with them.- Able to clean one specific bedroom that was “off limits” to Vision because Vision would afterward forget where it was.- Knows exactly how to find home without bumping into anything. And so far, it always finds home.- Impressive cleaning under tables, even a long dining table surrounded by 12 chairs! Just leave a small gap for it to get under the table and it will clean everywhere it can possibly fit.- Still navigates under cabinet overhangs (like in the kitchen), even overhangs barely more than 3″ high. This is where the short profile is a benefit.- Easy to clean, probably as easy to repair as the Vision.Cons:- None! The first vacuum for which I have no criticisms. Well, the user guide needs work. There is no section describing how to name rooms or set up No-Sweep zones. And you can’t edit an existing No-Sweep zone; you’ll have to erase the zone and create a new one. Maybe this will change as the Slam gets future software upgrades. One more big plus: Exemplary customer service. Gabe has been an excellent resource. He responds quickly and works with you to provide guidance, videos, even advice from his tech department. This is how customer service ought to be!

Hi there have been running my bobsweep SLAM for a little while now The first day i set it up ( really easy by the way set up the app etc ) it worked well for the first little while mapping and cleaning then i got an error left wheel. I checked it out but no blockage to remove or nothing. this happened multiple times the first day so i sent it back to the docking charger left it overnight and contacted support. The support was awesome with multiple tips on troubleshooting provided. However before i could try any of the troubleshooting i gave it another go the next day and no “ghost error” ever since. I have a 2700 square foot home and use it downstairs as its open concept. I also got the vision plus for upstairs as it has a lower profile perfect for going under our beds etc. I found it cleans superbly even after having already vacuumed with the manual one we have. It finds dirt you cant even see. I use it almost daily As for my pet cats reaction she was curious and attempted to give it her toys to play with her(caught her doing it twice). Just remember to ensure to clean up general stuff that would get stuck in a normal vacuum example phone charging cords etc that may be on the ground. None were damaged but can get pulled into the main brush same as a manual. The new LIDAR tech is amazing. It mapped out and got into places in and out with ease. It even cleaned under a fold up chair just barely wide enough for it to fit under, spun around and promptly left(it did this more than one occasion so not a fluke). All I can say is it cleans really well and finds it docking station really fast once done its session. For a product called “slam” doesn’t seem to bump into things much at all. Rarely gets caught and your alerted with the map and app as to its location if need be. Awesome product.

The Bobsweep Pet Hair Slam has been a wonderful addition to our household. We have a cat and three children, and with how life gets busy, it was impossible to vacuum the floor every day. However, Bob does that, and it does a very good job ! I haven’t tried the mopping function yet. However, I am very satisfied with the vacuuming function. We needed to make a couple of adjustments so it wouldn’t get stuck (open the legs of the recliner so it would not get stuck under the side of it, and tape some cables to the wall so it wouldn’t get stuck in them), but it was all worth it. It goes over my rugs easily as well. We are definitely going to buy another one for the upper level.

I’ve always been suspicious of robot vacuums, thinking they were more of a gimmick. When at too-good sale to pass up came up on this vacuum, I decided I would give it a try, and probably return it within the return period. Instead we liked it so much that we bought a second one to do the downstairs. We were so surprised and impressed in the amount of dust, dirt, hair, etc that it picks up each day. You do have pay attention to them as these little worker robots try so hard to get every bit of dirt that they sometimes get caught up or try to eat a mat or a shoe. You learn fast to put those things out of reach. We’ve had them now for over two months and they’re still going strong and our carpets look much clearner. Wish I had these years ago!

Great customer service but subpar product. I had it repaired under the warranty once and then the same issue occurred within weeks as well. Iâve sent it back for a refund since it didnât last an entire month without problems.
