the pumps are the dumps
The Blueland product line is very aestheticâthatâs why I chose it over the many other lines of eco-friendly home cleaning products. If thatâs all that mattered to meâlike maybe if I hired someone else to clean my houseâthis would be a 5 star review. Maybe that sounds superficial but if I like the way a bottle of bathroom cleaning spray is designed, Iâm far more likely to not hate the chore of cleaning the bathroom.But ultimately, these are just hunks of plastic that donât work. Iâve been using/trying to use them for over six months to no avail. They fail at the basic premise of their function:â the bottles leakâ the nozzles donât spray rightâ the hand soap pump doesnât pump and/or foamItâs almost comedic how poorly these perform. Once you squeeze the spray bottles, you have to wait at least a full second before being able to spray it again. That doesnât sound like such a burden but the next time youâre liberally spritzing a surface with cleaner try stopping after each spritz and counting âone mississippiâ before the next.Sometimes the handsoap pump produces an ideal wad of foam. But other times, the pump itself either gets too much air in it or something and instead, after trying to firmly but gingerly press down on the brittle plastic dispenser affixed to the disproportionately weighty glass bottle, all you get is a bubbly dribble of soap.Iâve read other reviews on here that say the company reached out to them and replaced their faulty nozzles and pumps. Thatâs very nice, though I donât suppose I rate as *influencer* enough to expect a call myself. Itâs likely if youâre reading this, you wonât either.To be clear: Blueland absolutely should replace these products as we have paid them our hard earned money and not received appropriate value for it. But that sidesteps a far more egregious flaw in the brandâs value prop.By inspiring us to invest in what are supposed to be long-lasting, reusable products that are marketed as âgood for the future of our planetâ but have been so poorly designed and produced they need to be replaced with MORE plastic, Blueland is only increasing our collective contributions to garbage patches around the globe while purporting to do the exact opposite.Thatâs a stink even the best smelling products canât get off Blueland.

Waste of money
The spray bottle for the toilet cleaner is defective and doesnât actually spray. The solution smells good though. The all purpose cleaner is good and I would maybe rebuy, but Iâd probably just buy a refill from Mrs. Meyers. The handsoap is trash. It foams but you need like 10 pumps to actually make a soap that can last and it doesnât lather so your hands donât feel clean. After the soap got about halfway use the pump stopped working so now itâs useless and you canât get to the rest of the product. Very disappointed and I wanted to like this so bad. Going to to Mrs Meyers. Unfortunately, there will be more plastic used, but at least the products work as advertised and I feel like Iâm actually cleaning and not just using perfume water to wipe things down in my house.

Great product
I love the blue land cleaning products. The cleaning quality and smell are fantastic. I love that they are natural and safe for kids and pets. I use them all over my house on a daily basis. I will definitely continue to purchase refills.However I donât care for the spray bottles. They have not worked well from the start. One of the spray bottles leaks everywhere when I spray it. The other doesnât spray well and the trigger sticks so I have to wait sometimes 30 seconds between sprays for it to work.

Easy to use, cleans well and smells delicious
I bought these products after seeing one of my favorite YouTubers using and extolling its virtues. This stuff smell great, cleans great and leaves no streaks. Itâs environmentally friendly. I was surprised how big the bottles were when I opened the box.

Reusable are great but the containers are cheap
Weâve been using the product for 6 months now and really love the quality, smells, etc of all of the cleaners (hand soaps, cleaners, toilet cleaner etc) but the spray bottles and soap bottles are terrible quality. We had to replace one soap dispenser within weeks because the pump was jammed and the replacement is only mildly better. We also have one faulty spray bottle that the pump gets stuck. It is a shame that the non-reusable part of the product is something that needs to be replaced as often if not more as a disposable container of soap or cleaner. I hope they work to improve the quality.

Yes, they do more than glass cleaning. I found this company because I was looking for that fit my clients needs which is mostly mothers with children and couples with petsThe heavy scents of a lot of other cleaners leave behind can just be overbearing on animals, and it made me uncomfortable with my small children around in my home.This product line is definitely worth it. Good cleaning supplies, soap dispenser sucks
I like the bathroom and multipurpose spray, but the foaming hand soap dispenser was such a pain. It either barely gets any out, only squirts out water, or it sprays all over me when I try to get the soap out.UpdateThey contacted me and sent me out a new pump for the soap dispenser and it works great now. They handled it very quickly and I greatly appreciate it. Highly recommend
