Very poor suction, leaves a great deal of cleaner residue in carpet.Worst thing? The collection tank turned brittle after about 1 year of use and cracked. Cannot find a replacement tank anywhere in Canada; B+D supply net only ships to the US!You would be better off to use another manufacturer.

Love it but suction seems weak
Love it with the brush I just notice it doesnât really pull liquid via the vaccum but it still seems to clean okay

READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. THIS THING IS INCOMPETENT.
With a “Buy it now” timeline of just a minute to go in order to get this quickly, I clicked the button and “read the reviews later.” And as many folks have chimed in, “How bad could it possibly be?” So, now I have it, and I’ve tried to use it, and here is how I would describe it:THIS IS THE MOST INCOMPETENT BATTERY-POWERED DEVICE I HAVE EVER USED.One thing I came to understand is how there are actually a number of equivalents that certainly didn’t show up in my Amazon search — let’s just say things from the Bissell brand. But again, that’s what I’ve learned since going through some local stores, between the time I ordered this and the time I received it.The other thing to comprehend is the SHEER INCOMPETENCE of this turkey. Charging this will most likely ALWAYS mean “charging overnight” — expect this to be offline for around 12 hours, every time you need to charge it. I have owned a whole bunch of battery-powered tools and vacuums and such over the years, and NOTHING has taken even ONE QUARTER of the time this thing takes to charge.And when you plug this in, you get a teensy tiny little blue light that lets you know “it’s charging.” Is there some kind of ‘so many bars” display to show you that progress? Well, “not exactly.” You certainly just look over at it, and see anything — THERE IS NOTHING ELSE. Oh, you DO get a tiny little “button in disguise” (as best I can describe it) that you have to PUSH AND HOLD to see how many “bars” of charging you currently have — some GENIUS at B&D decided that “nobody would care to see how many bars are available.” Good freaking grief! I think I can rest assured that nobody reading this has experienced the joy of pushing and holding a button, HOUR AFTER HOUR AFTER HOUR AFTER HOUR, and seeing no progress whatsoever in that “bar of charge” display. Because it WILL sit there for hours, leaving you to worry that “this dang thing must be broken!”But no, after you let it sit overnight, the little blue light will go out, and just realize one simple thing: When the battery dies in the middle of your job, “YOU ARE DONE FOR TODAY.”Then there are things like the “sprayer” built into the thing. DON’T EVEN FREAKING BOTHER. It’s not “powered” by any means, and it doesn’t spray very well at all. You will be FAR better off just putting your cleaning formula into any given spray bottle with a competent spray head, and using that to spray your formula around.Then there are things like how the “brush” is so far away from the “suction tip” of the device, it won’t do ANYTHING unless you realize that you have to do whole separate step to hold it differently — hold it one way to use suction / hold it a different way to use the brush. And so on.Frankly, you would be far better off to just go and find a small wet/dry “shop vac,” and a spray bottle — and then you’ll be able to do at least as well as this thing, and far more likely, you’ll do far better. “Starting at well under half the price” of this thing. Either that, or “research the competition.” Be aware that there are competitors from major brands that Amazon apparently doesn’t sell — or at least, I sure didn’t find anything from them in the searches I did which found this turkey.

Suction not working
Looks like an octal handy product, it’s got great suction power, everything is detachable and washable, it’s got a spray nozzle that’s tough to squeeze but I don’t mind. But what I do mind is how the spray is not working. So now imma have to have a spray bottle around while using the spillbuster vacuum. Thanks ð

So far so good! Replaced awful Bissell pet
I was wary. The reviews aren’t great for any unit similar to it. But so far, I am very pleased. GREAT Suction. Manual sprayer vs. the Bissell, which was electric but actually found it easier to direct where you want it to go. VERY easy to clean and replace the fluid. The only negative is that the cleaner’s reservoir is pretty small, so you have to add more frequently if you use it a lot.

I LOVE IT!
I have white velvet furniture, so I was really anxious to get something that could handle any possible accidents. I love this machine!!! It literaly sucks up liquids and the solids all at once. It sucks up the liquid to an almost dry state out of carpets. It’s easy to clean, because the suction container holds everything, but opens up widely so that it is easy to separate the solids from liquid and just pour the liquid out. Container is so easy to clean. This literally couldn’t be better. Plus, you can turn the brush on and off as needed. This is literally the most AWESOME PRODUCT!!! You can’t be disappointed.

Small But Powerful
I have to be honest, this portable carpet cleaner turned out to be so much better than I thought it would be! It is small/compact, very easy to use, and most of all, very powerful for its size! It has great suctioning and gets the stains out fairly easily. I have a dog who has many accidents and it takes only a few minutes to grab it and fill it with the cleaning solution, so Iâm able to get to the effected area right away and get the stain out!

Does work well
The power level is very low doesn’t stay charged long and canster is very small and leaks easily and does have very much scrubbing power to it I use make other products from this brand but this by far is not a good one !

VACCUM? yea right.
Bought this for cleaning the car seats and car floor. Thought it was going to be the best thing ever.Waste of money. Let it charge over night and it died after using for 20 minutes or so. Really disappointed. It wont suck up animal hair, wont suck up shoe debris, sprayer doesnt really even work. The water sucking action is a load of bull. My seats are soaked, doesnt look clean and i was going over the same spots for a good while and still wet as ever. I want my money back. Please do not buy this product youd be better off hauling a real carpet cleaner everywhere. The battery life doesnt last long even if you charge if for 15 hours. The only good thing about this product is that detaching for cleaning the carpet cleaner is easy thats it. WHY DID I PAY 79$ FOR THIS?!
