Powerful and compact
Taking off one star because people like me need instructions and this didnât come with any. I used it for a wet pick up and little did I know it was all coming out the other end. I had no idea. I had to remove the filter bag when I use it on wet vacuum, use the filter bag when I use it as a dry vac and use the other end as a blower. I was able to chat with an Amazon representative and he told me exactly what I needed to know. He was very helpful. Just another reason why I love Amazon. In the meantime, I had two messes to pick up.

False advertising and way to expensive, but a good powerful vacuum..
I have a Craftsman, Shopvac, and a few Ridgid vacuums that I use for different functions around my house. Mostly in the garage. I ordered this one because it was advertised as a 4HP motor. Turns out is 3HP not 4, but that is not a big deal, because it does create plenty of suction with the 3HP motor. The only difference is that it has to work a little harder and has a high-pitched wine (like most vacuums do). I wanted a vacuum that I could use strictly for cleaning out my vehicles. I have a truck that I carry tools and stuff in, and my wife likes to throw plants and flowers that she picks up from the nursery in her cargo area. So, I needed a strong yet portable vacuum for that function. This vacuum is just the right size for cleaning out the car’s interiors. Here is a breakdown of where this vacuum falls short in my opinion and the reason for only three stars.1st.. Either fix the add to show the correct HP or bump up the motor to a 4HP.2nd.. Make the cord and the hose longer. I don’t mind If I need to add an extension cord if I am using this in the driveway, but if I am in my garage I should be able to reach an outlet. As for the hose, I will sacrifice storage space if I have a hose that is long enough to allow the vacuum to be on the ground outside of the vehicle and not have to put it on the seats in order to reach the carpeted floor with the nozzle. Who knows what dirt is on the bottom of my vacuum, and I do not want that on my seats.3rd.. Not only is the hose too short, but there is no swivel so the hose gets twisted and can cause the vacuum itself to fall over. Even my cheap Shopvac vacuum has a swivel on the vacuum port so this does not happen.4th.. The weird accessories. I am not even sure what the thing with the red gasket does, but the crevice tool is way to flimsy and I am afraid it may actually damage my seats if I use it, due to the slot that is there to attach the other tool with the brush.5th.. The price is double that of the competitor’s compatible model that will work just as well and includes a better accessories package.To be fair I had but one goal in mind for this vacuum, and that was for cleaning out my vehicles. This is probably OK for other applications and the motor is plenty powerful enough to do most jobs. If you are considering this vacuum for mainly cleaning out your cars interiors, then I would look elsewhere. For less money you can get better. This is my opinion based on my usage.
