I have two cats and this was one of the best handhelds I’ve had in a while
This is a great and strong vacuum for the size. The only problem I have ever had with it (I’ve had it for about 1 year) is that after cleaning it I forgot to put back in the filter and caught some debris and cat hair in the motor. It has now lost a little bit of it’s strength, but is still doing a great job! That alone to me is the sign of a great product.

Great product! The suction is great, and is easily used. Worth the money.

Great vacuum for the camper and good suction.
I have been using this vacuum for 4 months now in our camper. It works well on hard as well as carpeted surfaces. We have 42 square feet of carpet and about 60 square of hard surface.I can vacuum all surfaces once through on high power before I need to empty the dirt bin. it has a large bin that collects larger items such as small pebbles and has a plastic as well as a soft fiber filter. Both are very easy to clean. I have not yet washed the soft fiber filter because tapping tends to clean it out well enough. I then go back and vacuum a second time and still pick up as much dirt, dust and hair as the first time. After the second cleaning on high power, the vacuum power is down to 1 bar. This is probably after about 15 minutes of running time, which is plenty of time to clean twice. It takes about 30 minutes to charge fully. The wand is useful in tight spaces. The only negatives about this is vacuum design is that I sometimes inadvertently turn it off because the handle is close to the on/off switch. It would also be nice to be able to charge it via 12 volt. Both are minor issues. All in all i am pleased with my purchase

Works great. Strong suction
Works great on low-weave car carpeting – as well as on shag rugs. 2-speeds. Recharges quickly. Highly recommended!

Strong suction, large capacity, sturdy
As you can see by the wear and tear, this thing gets a lot is use. Other than the couple scratches, it works the exact same as it did when I got it almost 2 years ago- amazingly!! We use this almost daily, and donât have to charge it super often. The suction is great, with a low and high setting. Low is good, high is great. As you can see in the video when I switch it to high, I donât have to aim perfectly for it to easily suck up pieces of cat food. Even on the clingy rug under my kitchen table, it picks up dirt (any spots it didnât clean well were crusted food residue upon further inspection). Could not recommend this vacuum enoguh, Iâve had other handhelds and this one is my favorite with its large capacity, strong suction, and good battery life! I actually just bought another one for my mom because she loves mine.

When i pay full price for something i expect it to be new.
So after i finally got around to using my “new” vacuum i got on Dec 7, i turn it on for the first use and white drywall shoots out the vents all over the area i was going to use it on one of the selling points is that it doesn’t do that). Opening the dust bin, it was empty, however when i popped the filter off it was completely jammed full of and had a thick coating of drywall powder all over it (at least i hope that is what it was). I paid full price for a used item. In the last year I’ve has A LOT of issues with amazon products (most are inferior items, or not the item fully described), and especially the shipping, most of the boxes arrive with holes and crushed, or with a shipping label applied directly to the original packaging (so much for trying to be discreet when buying gifts). THIS EXPERIENCE IS THE WORST IN THE YEARS OF BEING A PRIME MEMBER SINCE JOINING IN 2007. Hopefully things improve in the next couple months or I’m going to be hard pressed in continuing my membership and go back to the good old way of buying things where i can see and feel them.

Ok, not great.
This is a neat vacuum, however, the extension is a bit hard to pull out and push in (and I ended up giving myself a blood blister when I slammed my poor finger in between the two while closing it). Anyway, the button is okay, but i feel like it’s in the wrong place as I accidentally hit it when holding it. I also feel that the high and low are backwards. I mean, it should start off as full power, then when you press the button it takes it down to low, and then off. This unit does the opposite – low, high, off. I feel like it’s extra wear and tear on the motor that isn’t needed. On top of ALL of this, when they show you emptying the unit into the bin, be careful not to do what I do… and drop that whole middle section into the bin (or in my case over the deck, where i have to run down and get it!). Remember to hold onto that piece, and shake it out separately, because that is definitely frustrating. Still deciding whether or not it is worth keeping. I will state that the capacity is quite big, and it’s handy to move around the house with and up the stairs and all. It definitely gets the job done, and for that reason I will most likely end up keeping it. All in all, the battery seems to run for quite a good while as well, so I would recommend, just remember the few cons I mentioned above from my experience, and if you’re good with that, then you’re good to go.

Easy to use and clean. Powerful vacuum.

This vacuum works well but it is (very) noisy. It is easy to clean the filters. It is light and well made. Recommended.
A. Miller –
Vacuum is well balanced that makes it easy to use. Suction power and battery life average. Crevice tool extension is a bit hard to push in and out. Overall this is a good handheld vacuum cleaner.
Saul Press –
This by far the best dust buster that I have ever had. Battery lasts long, suction is strong, charges with a cord, easy to store, well balanced. I have two of them.
Rob McChase –
Battery is big enough for my use. The vac is a bit noisy but strong enough to do harsh jobs.
