We did a little research but picked this one sort of on a whim. Itâs amazing. Just get it.We are pretty clean people but have a toddler and a puppy, and recently lost a 14 year old dog who got incontinence issues in his old age. Our 3 year old pale cream carpet was absolutely disgusting. No spot treatments worked, sometimes they even left bigger stains. We rented a commercial cleaner last year and it didnât get the stains out. But I used this for a couple hours this morning and itâs spotless. Like 100% spotless.Was very user friendly. On eco mode the tank lasted a long time and I like being able to watch the soapy water suction up into the machine. No leaks, even when replacing the tanks. SUPER easy to fill and clean. Itâs not too heavy or unwieldy. Iâm 5 months pregnant and used it for like 3 hours with no issues (though I would recommend they upgrade the handle next go around, only mildly irritating after 3 hours but would be nice to be softer on the palms but still firm and not foam).I didnât think Iâd care for the built in spot treatment, but it was great! And honestly the thing that made the difference compared to the commercial one we rented. Little hard to aim, but manageable.Did one wet pass then 3-6 dry passes depending on the area, how fast I moved, and whether or not I spot treated. It was completely dry within a few hours (eco mode areas were dry way quicker). Which is also an upgrade over the rentals.Goes to show that a company who specializes in a product is the obvious winner when it comes to quality and attention to detail. Worth every cent (though I canât speak to longevity yet).Update:12/2024Puppy peed on the carpet last night. Whipped it out today and spent 15 minutes on that section of hallway. Easy to setup, use, and clean. Amazing how much dirt came out of the carpet even though I did a deep clean a few weeks ago. Itâs the 4th time Iâve used it and Iâm impressed and glad that I actually use it, was worried it would just sit in the closet most of the year.

This did an amazing job cleaning our carpets! Being able to plug and unplug the hose attachment keeps the cleaner from being bulky. Being able to plug it in on the front above the brushes was a very smart idea as most that have the hose in the rear causes the cleaner to tip over and hit you, usually in the head, when you stretch the hose for hard to reach places. I do wish it hand onboard places for the attachments, but the provided bag for the hose keeps them safely with the hose. This carpet cleaner is light but does a very thorough job!I read the reviews and one mentioned the leak out from the front when you are done and it is off. I have never had a carpet cleaner that did not do this. The solution is simple… put some paper towels under the brushes, remove the tanks, pull the trigger until the remaining water in the unit has drained out.Another review demonstrated how the cleaner smeared thick globs of barbeque sauce. All cleaners pull tight vacuum to the carpet to scrub, lift and remove water and grime. This cleaner does not have adjustable roller height, most do not, so yes, it will smear a glob. Wipe up the excess first, then run the cleaner.For the low price point compared to other brands/models, we could not be happier with this!
