Really works
I have bought the same model vacuum again and again through the years, and just kept saving the foam filters so I’d have extras on hand. This time, when I replaced the vacuum I decided to buy this new filter. After using it for a bit I threw the old ones away! I realize now that, over time, the foam doesn’t do such a good job of filtering and lots of fine dust finds its way into the canister. But with this new filter, all the fine dust is trapped and doesn’t make its way into the canister at all!

Fits even better than original
This foam filter is 5.25″ in diameter. It fits even more snugly than the one that came with the vacuum. Don’t waste your money on no-name replacements. I tried them first because they were so much cheaper than Bissell, but they fit way too loosely, and allow dirt and dust to go around the edges and right back into the room. You get what you pay for.

Perfect fit on my Powerforce Helix!
This filter was the perfect replacement for the one on my Powerforce Helix! I looked everywhere to get as close to OEM or genuine as I could, and I finally came across this particular filter. It has worked great, just like the original, and I have washed it a few times as well. Just don’t forget to let it dry for at least 24 hours just to be safe!

It’s washable
I’ve had the same filter for 2 years. I decided to buy a new one, this one. There was no weird smell. The quality is perfect, I actually just washed it and it helped up just fine. Great value!.
