I got this when I get a dog. Good thing I did, pets do have accidents. This has saved my living room rug a number of times already. Easy to use, effective and small enough to hide away in a small cupboard.

This little machine is very hand y to have and use for small stains on carpets and upholstery!! Works great. Sadly, had a glitch with it lately, a small part broke on it. Contacted the seller and they have been amazing!!! Sent them the model number and serial number and they have sent a replacement part!! So grateful for their excellent customer service and product!!

Great machine, my water is always so brown with dirt when I’m done one full bucket. I do wish the suction was better as my couch is often wet and leaves water marks on my one roving chair. So I often have to push towel into it to get the extra water. Overall I got it for a great price and helps keep my house clean having 2 cats,a dog and a wild child ð
