Easy to use and clean, great tools
First off, you can actually clean all the parts to this. Amazing! There’s a tool that collects really icky messes (like, poop) without it traveling through the whole hose. Genius. And another tool that allows you just flush the hose with clean water. Love it.Using a black light I discovered my dogs have been tinkling on my rug. I easily cleaned the affected part of the rug, and it pulled up a lot of dirt. I was surprised as it’s a low traffic area, but yay! Went back over the rug with the black light and found a couple spots I missed.Rug was left lightly damp, was dry by the next morning.So easy to clean. Compact enough to just store in the closet. Not a hassle to pull out and use for a mess quickly.Having two dogs (one who gets the runs every so often and one with some incontinence) this will be so helpful. Very happy with this purchase.

Works fantastic!!
I have no complaints about this except that it doesn’t heat the water from what I can tell but if you fill it with hot water it doesn’t really matter. The suction is great and gets out stains easily!!

Effective at cleaning small areas
This is my second one. My husband broke the first one ( note: don’t press down hard) it’s plastic connections won’t hold up to a lot of pressure. It’s effective and does a great job. Suction is good and it’s easy to use.

Small shampooer
Great size easy to carry. makes cleaning spills so easy. Works so great on my stairs. Suctions the water right up leaves my couch smelling so fresh.

Works wonders
couch was trashed by dogs but now itâs becoming even whiter than when i got it, and super easy to use especially for the price. isnât too heavy, the spray is very precise and i havenât had any leaks. though it would be nice if the suction was stronger.

Poor Suction and Leaked Dirty Water
I owned a version of this several years back and it worked great. It had really good suction and no leaking issues. Unfortunately, that was not the case with this one. At first it seemed that it would be good. Upon first use attempt, the suction was almost undetectable. Certainly not what I was used to. It really did not pull enough of the moisture from the couch cushion as expected. As a result, it also did not pull out the dirt/stains as you would expect. After a while, there did end up being dirty water in the reservoir. However, that would soon be gone as it leaked all over the surface that it was sitting on. Lucking, that was a wood floor and not an absorbing type surface. Thinking this was a fluke, I removed and reseated the tanks and made sure the seal was on properly and securely. Tried using again…still not an acceptable suction amount. But again, any dirty water that accumulated in the dirty reservoir leaked completely out. For those reasons alone, it is going back.Now for additional information, the hose on this thing is way too short. The unit needs to literally be right next to you in order for the hose to reach anything. And that is a problem, especially with the thing is leaking all over the place.It would have been nice if it worked even close to the quality of my previous model.

Leaks everywhere
Great suction you can see it suck the cleaner out of the carpet but the air sack seal nside of the dirty water tank doesn’t close all the way causing it to leak dirty water all throughout the machine blowing it out the back vent. Replacement parts are also very hard to find but they have many additional cleaning accessories available.

Works well and light enough
This is a great little machine for spots stains and auto cleaning. Easy to use, light weight and doesn’t take up a lot of space. Could have better suction. Would recommend.
