I have two hyper dogs under 1 years old who for some reason go crazy hyper when I wash the sheets and they jump all over the bed with the zoomies. Serenity now. Every morning they want to get on the bed right after they come in from outside. My poor mattress is fighting for its life. It is so difficult to get the dirt OUT. detergent and peroxide and baking soda was just spreading it. so gross!!!Finally got fed up and bought this. I would recommend it above the corded machine and anything else. The cleaner is excellent but to clean the entire mattress I needed to order 2 more bottles. So easy to use. Mattress came out WHITE white after 2 rounds. It took me 2 days because I’m slow and pregnant. I think that would mean the elderly and disabled would find this easier to use than most methods of cleaning.It does die out somewhat quick for large projects and it needs to charge a long time, but the portability and light size is worth the trade off. I can use this in my car and all over the house on any fabric so far. I cleaned the dog beds with it, car floor, and some old coffee spots off upholstered pillows. No problem. I’m in an old house so I’m limited sometimes but outlets. Definitely buy it if you have stubborn problems and you’re fed up of trying internet recipes and sprays.

We have a toddler and a puppy and dang this thing can clean anything! It’s amazing, doesn’t take up too much space at all and works so hard. You will not regret. My boomer dad also has one for their pontoon boat and he raves about it as well.

I ordered this product sept 2024. I used it once to clean an area on my carpet. Wasn’t great but it worked ok. Now, I had to use it for the second time in my carpet and it completely malfunctioned and the cleaning tip broke off, the clicker for the water and cleaning liquid wouldn’t press down and it’s completely useless to me now! I paid the original $299 this cost originally and now Amazon is saying that I cannot return a useless expensive product because the return window date (only 2 weeks ago) has ended. I’be been a prime member for years and buy everything on Amazon. To me this was unacceptable. I will never buy bissell again and I’m stopping my business with Amazon. Not a way to treat your loyal customers who give you so much business!

I do like this a lot. I don’t have carpet but I got it for my car seats, couch, mattress, curtains etc. Now, using this is a process, it takes quite a long time to set up, clean something, possibly refill it because the tank is kinda small, and then clean the machine. But it is good for deep cleaning projects, that I couldn’t do without it. I wish there was a separate brush attachment, the brush on the sucking part is pretty small and awkward and useless. I just bought a scrub brush for 1$ so I will spray with the machine, turn it off, scrub for a bit, and then turn it back on to suck all the water out. Kinda expensive but cheaper and easier to maneuver than a large carpet cleaner type machine. I wouldn’t say it magically removes old stains, things look better but not perfect, but I do think it would be good to immediately clean a spill and prevent stains. My only other complaint is that the charge doesn’t last that long. I had it fully charged, and I couldn’t finish my car, I had to stop and charge it for a while and then go back out and finish.

My first job with this little machine was asking way too much (Queen size mattress and about a standard crib amount of floor space). I will be honest it took about 14-16 days between waiting for charges and allowing chemicals to set (and life). I also ran the machine on the max setting which does cut down power time to around 30 minutes with a 2 hour recharge.It. Was. Worth. IT.My kiddo is G-tube fed and medically complex. Between bodily fluids and formula spills, my carpet is constantly dirty. I also have two other kids 6 and 2 with a beagle mix. It’s only a matter of time before someone spills something somewhere or a bag leaks overnight. The latter leads to the above job. Super bad spill because it leaked overnight and there was probably 250-500 ml (8-17oz) of formula in my carpet.YIKES!Of course, I initially tried cleaning it with paper towels and cleaner but, due to the location I didn’t realize how big the spill was until we had a smell. That is when I bought this machine and figured while I’m at it, I’d clean my mattress too! I used the Oxiclean pet stain remover stuff and it worked like a charm, went through two nearly three bottles of it as well as a bottle of professional spot remover spray but this little machine proved its worth! My carpet is more than clean (no smell!) and the mattress is visibly lighter, most of the stains are either gone or severely faded (we’re talking 4 year old staining here). We have a nurse for my complex kiddo and because of this project she was actually inspired to get a coffee stain out of her mattress with this machine.Yes it was time consuming, and yes there’s much better machines out there for this large of a project. However, I bought this as a spot cleaner for when we do have a leak or spill I can quickly suck it up and take care of it and it is PERFECT for that. My kiddo managed to cause a leak recently after the big clean and it soaked it up in one go.The only thing I don’t like is that you cannot run it with it plugged into the wall, (certainly would have cut the time down!) I feel that’s a big failure on Bissell’s part however it’s not a deal breaker.Keep it charged and ready to go. It’s small, portable and easy to clean out for a decent price! For its intended purpose, it IS a machine everyone should have.The next project is my van once the weather warms! I’m excited to take on the carpet!

Not sure if I would recommend and honestly I feel all similar ones will be the same. Why? Because they are not industrial ones or for heavy duty. It takes 4 hours to charge and can use for 30 mins more or less depending if you use Echo mode which is less powerful.The cleaning solution that came with did not last to clean not even 1 couch and from what I see they are expensive to buy. The thing that suctions is narrow so you can see from the picture it can leave stripes.Will I continue to use it? Yes because I already bought it but not as great as I thought it was going to be unfortunately.
