Really great for a small place with little carpeting
I got tired of using the old mop out of the bathtub. This little cordless vac/mop is great to spot vac my hardwood floors and then mop clean. I’ve been using this for several months now. It’s easy to use and understand the functions. You dry vacuum with it first then dump it and fill up with warm water and solution then mop/vac the floors clean. It does a pretty good job and my floors dry quickly. A regular mop just pushes around the dirt whereas to this sucks up the mop water. The Bissell crosswave omniforce moves around with little effort and is lightweight. After your done you just have to rinse a few things after putting it through the self cleaning feature. Great for keeping down all the dust in my place!

Does a great job cleaning wood floors
I have tried multiple devices to clean our wood floor. They always left a streak that looked awful. That is until we used the Bissell CrossWave. It does a fantastic job. It was recommended by my daughter in law that uses it to clean her cement floors with 4 dogs. She loves it. As do I. It is easy to clean and refresh cleaning fluid. I particularly like the charging base so you dont have to deal with charging batteries separately. I also think the cleaning option is fantastic. It spins the cleaning brush rapidly to get rid of excess water. The brush is also easy to remove and dry after using the cleaner. It has easy access buttons that allow you to turn off the cleaning fluid and to increase the vacuum power. I highly recommend this product.

Amazing!
This vacuum/mopper is amazing! I have two German Shepherds and the amount of hair and dirt brought in by them is ridiculous. This little machine vacuums up all of the hairâwhile also scrubbing and sanitizing the floors. I was surprised how dirty the water collector was after using it just in the kitchen and living room! This was even after I mopped with the bissell crosswave scrubber the night before. Its contents was literally black water. Once done it has a self cleaning button that is so so satisfying to watch as all of the left over residue from the brush head gets spun up and into the collector for draining.A few negatives which is fine but still notable⦠the clean water reservoir does not last for the entire cleaning. We use the highest setting though so it may work different for others at a lower one. Also on some the âset inâ spots that are on the floor, it may require back and forth over them many times.I 100% recommend this purchase to anyone with dogs, kids, or just general cleaning. It is a time saver and does a great job!

Nice vacuum
Itâs a good vacuum but I noticed that it wasnât cleaning up to the baseboards which bothered me. I liked the vacuum so much I returned the Omniforce and bought the Omniforce edge instead so I can feel like I get the whole floor cleaned. It cleans well. The suction is great, and my favorite part is itâs cordless. I think the battery time is reasonable and the mopping does just fine.

I wish I could return it at this point.
I decided to give into the Bissell hype when my Tineco died because I wasnât prepared to spend nearly $600 on a new mop vac. To say Iâm disappointed is an understatement. Iâve had this thing for a few months now and I hate it more the more times I use it.1) They want you to put SO MUCH cleaner in this thing itâs ridiculous. When I put the amount they want, the mop gets sudsy and leaves soap residue all over my floors. Not sure if they just want me to buy a ton of cleaner since I probably go through about 3 tanks to get my 1500 sq ft done or what. BTW, 3 tanks includes the cleaning cycle I complete every time I fill the dirty water tank.2) There may be a âdedicated vacuum settingâ but the rollers seem to always be wetâick! It says give them 24 hours to dry after mopping and before using the vacuum setting. I pulled it out today after not having used it for a week and the rollers were immediately wet when on the dry vacuum setting. This makes me wonder how much bacteria was growing on it and is now on my floor.3) Donât actually believe the photos where itâs picking up cereal and clumps of hair; it can barely handle a little bit of cat litter and 2 dogs worth of hair. I literally have to hold the vacuum still over large pieces so it can work its way through the vacuum without spitting it out. Most of the time the hair is rolled up and spit out and I have to go over it a dozen times just to get it up. Now, this is when itâs on the mop setting. But like I said above, even when I wanted to use the dry vacuum setting I couldnât because the rollers seem to never dry.4) This mop will get all the small particles for the most part so my floor looks tidier but itâs definitely not clean. This just pushes dirty water around which, given the design, shouldnât be a possibility. But it is and it does. My floors are just streaked with dirty water.5) The âself cleaningâ is not actually self cleaning when I have to rinse the roller and cover before âself cleaningâ because it canât suction up the hair thatâs caught up in there. Also, when the self cleaning cycle gets to about 70% and it really starts going fast (I assume to attempt to dry the rollers) it starts shooting little streams of water out from either side of the dirty water tank.Do yourself a favor and avoid this thing. I checked about a month ago and had a heart palpitation thinking I paid $380 but apparently I got it on sale for $230. I was okay with that then and now I feel like even that is too much. At least I saved an animal.

Finally a floor cleaner I love
I love this product so much that I bought one for my daughter’s house, too. It is easy to use, and really does a great job. The directions make sense, and although there are specific instructions for keeping it clean and airing out the pieces between uses, I find it easier to keep clean than a traditional mop bucket. I love that the spinning head of the mop cleans itself, and actually does a great job. It also has holes in the edges of the tray to hold the pieces. The vacuum part is similar to a dust buster, so you aren’t going to be getting large amounts of debris in this thing, but for getting dog hair up and taking care of mopping as well, it rocks. Surprisingly, it has enough suction that it even does a decent job in the edges of the floor. I highly recommend.
