Amazing!!!
Wow! This product delivers! Heavy duty and powerful! I had no idea my floors were so disgusting! Used on hardwood and tile floors (I have no rugs to compare too) easy to use and clean! It is heavy but I feel thatâs part of how well built and powerful it is. Itâs loud but who cares with results like this! Be sure to remove the piece of cardboard underneath the bottom of the machine. I actually didnât know it was there and at first trying it I couldnât figure out why it wasnât working. Highly recommend worth the high price!

Must See! Watch This! First clean worked ðð» great!
After using it immediately upon arriving, this was a great addition to our cleaning appliances. The steam took about 30 seconds to get going. When you see a tough spot, you likely need to go over it a couple times. This works fantastic. Check the video out and see the result. Itâs been a while since weâve cleaned our floors. Any parent would take this appliance right away!! Especially if you have kids and hard floors.The setup was easy. Make sure you read the cleaning instructions after use. This does need cleaned right away to avoid any mold etc and then the brush needs to sit out for about 24 hours. The floor dries very quickly too.This will be used a lot, you donât realize how dirty your floor is until you get the steam and the soap going. The steam worked so well, you can smell it cleaning right away and knew it was working instantly. Similarly how when you get your teeth cleaned and you smell the stuff on your teeth ð¦· coming right off.ALSO! The long cord is fantastic.The Durability of this is solid! Itâs heavy duty and has some weight to it. The suction of this is great too HOWEVER I would not use this to suck up wet noodles ð , it may take a little longer to clean up the brush and all the particles it makes.Definitely a great buy, I look forward to using this quite a bit.

MUCH BETTER than an average spin mop with steamer
super easy to use. the rollers actually do quite well getting into grout lines. As owners of two 90lb German Shepherds, we are constantly vacuuming (both manually and shark irobot that runs on a schedule) and mopping the floor. we’ve been numerous steamers with spinning pads and steamers that just have a scrub brush to hit the grout lines. Turns out vinegar (best cleaner available) destroys the heating elements on these things so they last just a few months being used a few times a week. saw this on amazon and the thought of the spinning roller which actually sucks up the dirty water instead of pushing it around was great. we used it an hour after it was delivered and what a difference. then when done, it has a tray to sit it in and runs a self clean cycle. AMAZING! best 300 spent.————-downside–the waste water tank maxes out very quickly and at a low level. you’ll hear the difference in the sound the machine makes, and if you run it longer, the dirty water just starts pouring out of the bottom. Other than emptying the dirty water tank frequently, this machine rocks!!

Works very well
Great value especially when on sale. Lightweight. Easy to use. Cleans both hardwood and tile very well. I have a large house so only downfall is having to empty the dirty tank and refill the clean tank multiple times when doing the whole house.

Perfect steamer!
We LOVE this unit! After trying other steamers, we were always left wanting on that also picked up the dirty water left behind, and this one does a wonderful job. The hot steam works with the agitator roller to really loosen up the dirt, to be sucked up into the dirty water chamber. The floors get so clean now!The unit is easy to use, has a long cord, and even has a self-cleaning cycle, which is great for maintaining it. You will love this machine, especially if you have a dog.

Easily a life saver
Used this fresh out of the box as soon as it was delivered. My husband and I are both teachers- with four cats. We have zero time and zero energy to keep up with our floors- so something like this that makes it easy to vacuum and mop at the same time is an immediate winner.Pros:- easy to use, just like a vacuum.- comes with trial cleaners, which don’t smell horrid like other brands-plug in! Don’t have to bother with making sure it’s charged- clear and basic buttons. Easy to figure out right out of the box. (Directions were also included)- lights the area you are cleaning. I’ve never had this before- I love it.- small enough to do stairs easy, but big enough to make a larger room doable no probs.Cons:- it’s loud! Just like an old school 2000’s vacuum.- heavy (but still easy to push and pull)- MUST be cleaned out after each use( but this is SO easy to do)- have to work slower than using a vacuum- small dirty water tank. (It does make a different sound when it is full- so if you are paying attention you won’t have the issue of it spilling out.)
