A Handy Handheld
This little Bissell replaced a similar model that I had for years, and I am very happy with it. I do not have any carpet in my home, just hardwood with a few Persian carpets. This unit is light and easy to use, and has really strong suction power. It is compact and light enough that I can use it on a ladder, to get to cobwebs and the like. It also has a relief hole you can open to reduce the suction, and I find that to be very useful at times (like on the rugs). As an added bonus, no bags to buy. If this vacuum holds up as well as my old Bissell, and I expect it will, I will get years of service at a modest cost.

Bissell hand held vacuum
I previously had the Oreck hand held vacuum for many years and it broke. Unfortunately Oreck no longer makes the one I had and loved so I had to look for another one. Let me just include that I own a cleaning company, and use these very frequently. After a lot of research, I finally decided on this Bissell, which by the way, I am a huge Bissell fan, and it did not disappoint. It is almost exactly like the Oreck that I previously had. The suction is very strong, it is light weight, and easy to carry around.I will say that it is not intended to use on carpet. You probably could use it, however, there is no brush on the bottom of the floor attachment. It only really works on flat floor, such as tile, linoleum or plank type of flooring. I mainly use it for other things for work such as inside of cabinets and drawers window frames things like that, and it is perfect for that. I highly recommend.

Powerful motor
I love the power punch of this little vacuum, works great for inside of vehicles. I didn’t like the fact that the filter plugs up quickly and the materials are on the lower end. All in all I would buy this again.

Small but mighty!
Needed a portable smallâish and powerful enough to clean my bathroom. Does a fine job cleaning dirt, dust and wear and tear leavings from daily use. No need in hauling out the big vacuum for smallâer details. The direct electrical power works better then the last ârechargeable type I tried.

Do not buy this product
I’ve been using this vacuum for about 6 months. I bought it to be able to use it on stairs and my car, bit it’s terrible. First, the hose and attachments are made out of cheap plastic, the hose is so stiff that it’s difficult to handle, and. there’s also no place to store them. Second, you need an extension cord, it only comes with a 6-foot cord, there’s also no place to wrap it or retract it. Third, it’s so loud you need ear plugs to keep it from hurting your ears. Fourth, suction is terrible, half the time you’re either just pushing the dirt around or it dribbles out of the wand as soon as you shut off the power.

Keep looking, it’s basically a cheap dust buster
This purchase started out great, and went downhill fast. When I first got the item, I plugged it in and turned it on and it wouldn’t start. I unplugged it and tried again and it came on so I went on cleaning. The switch would turn off randomly while cleaning and I had to turn the switch to off, unplug it, and restart to get it turned on. On the third time using it, it wouldn’t stay turned on at all and I’m returning it because that is simply unacceptable. This little guys main plus is that it has GREAT suction. Everything else is a minus. Let me just say, if you’re planning on cleaning carpet, rugs, or upholstery, buy something else, this thing can’t clean carpet unless it’s just the stuff sitting ontop. I vacuumed with this vaccum and then went over with my Hoover and picked up two times as much as what this vaccum picked up. The material seems cheap, thin thermoform plastic (looks like), I used it three times and it had irreversible damage and scratches on the corners. The filter works well and is easy to clean but the dirt compartment is very small and has to be emptied for every room, twice if it’s a large room. All the attachments work well and fit except the hard floor attachment. It seemed to skip over the floor and miss spots even after adjusting it. The spot where the hose attaches to the body is very easy to break or wear out. The compartment on the back where the cord is stored is super easy to break too, and stuffing the cord into the compartment is not easy. The canister is okay on manuverability but I found that it could not make more than a 45 degree turn without flipping over. The hose is stiff as well, adding to the flipping problem. Overall, I simply was not impressed, it was cheaply made and I wouldn’t recommend it. A shopvac would be cheaper and last longer.

I got it to clean my cat tower. It worked really great for it.
I liked it because itâs small and you can carry it around and clean

I had high hopes for this vacuum as Bissell is a great brand and we use their residential small inexpensive vacuum for our cleaning business. We purchased one of these thinking it would be more durable for our residential cleaning business. However, the suction was very poor. We might have stuck with it as it is small and compact and the suction wasn’t all that much poorer than the residential version (PowerForce) but the issue is that the cord, once taken out of the hide-a-way compartment on the back, will not go back in without great effort. That single factor makes it useless. If this vacuum had even a slightly better suction and a place to put or even wrap the cord like the Mighty Mite by Eurekia then this would be a big winner.
