This vacuum model is a reasonable choice for the price
Needed to replace my similar Hoover vacuum model for my multi-level home (hate dragging it up and down stairs!) I already own a Bissell 2252 CleanView Swivel for the upstairs level and needed another Bissell for the lower floors with a retractable cord. The 3534 CleanView Rewind Upright model had the auto cord but the comparable swivel/auto rewind model (which I really wanted) was $60 more in price which I couldn’t justify. What I did like about this reasonably priced 3534 model is the retractable cord and the easy to use wand options. The pet brush isn’t a necessity but it works great on sofa and chair upholstery and carpeted stairs. The suction power is as good as the #2252 model which is the main reason I’m sticking with Bissell brand in lieu of the Hoover. However, this model’s cord is only 25ft which is 2ft shorter than my other Bissell which makes a big difference when cleaning larger rooms. I’m also not a fan of the removable 2 part bottom dirt tank filter as it’s a bit clumsy and seems like it’s made with lightweight plastic as opposed to the #2252 one piece heavier weight filter. I frequently clean both the upper and lower filters with an air hose outdoors to preserve the vacuum suction performance instead of running them under the kitchen faucet to clean. I really do miss the swivel option but this 3534 model is not a bad choice for the price. Fingers are crossed that the retractable cord with keep auto rewinding without issue!

We ordered 2 of them for our cleaning adventure
They work great and the suction is awesome for cleaning. We love the simplicity and ease of cleaning everything in the canister.

Very pleased.
After having had two sharks, (the last one I bought lasted less than two years), I thought of trying out a Bissell, so I did. Although it is a bit more like normal vacuum steering than the shark swivel thing, I like everything else about it. Itâs a lot of plastic, but it seems to be tough, hard and flexible plastic where it needs to be. I was extremely impressed by its cleaning power. This vacuum grabs the carpet, cleans it and stands it up unlike any other vacuum Iâve had. Itâs also very easy to empty and comes with all the attachments, including a mini brush for cleaning cat hair off of furniture and what-not.

Amazing suction
This was to replace my old vacuum. I would highly recommend this vacuum. I have used it on carpets and it did an excellent job. Great suction and very well constructed. No problems picking up threads from sewing and dirt on my rugs. Good value for your money. Have had to wash the filter yet but looks easy. Must dry it overnight. No problem for me doing thst.

I like that it’s light weight and very easy to use plus it picks up and clean the carpet very well and it easy to dump and clean out the tank

Love this ! get it !
Just got this vacuum , i am shocked with how powerful the suction is and very pleased . it picked up all the crumbs from my giant shag rug in the living room only had to pass over it twice ! I love the attachments like the little part to get the crevices by the base boards ! I had a $500 cordless dyson vacuum for a few years and it would just pickup and spit out the crumbs so to me this is way better than the dyson and also cheaper .itâs light weight , has a long cord , itâs pretty and powerful ! so happy i went with this one . We have 3 kids and 2 cats so iâm very pleased with the amount of dirt and hair and crumbs it has picked up. iâd recommend this for sure ! and the fact that the filter and inner filter is washable is like an extra plus !

Does a great job!
The durability and versatility of this vacuum is great. I love the detachable wand, so easy to use. It picks up everything on the floor, carpet to hardwood. Definitely value for your money. And itâs lightweight and easy to maneuver.

Picks ups dog hair. Really sucks it up. Picks up dust and dirt in carpet. Great value for the money.
