Cleaning staff was loving the new vacuum. Then they rolled over a penny and it damaged the PLASTIC blade. Just about everything else on this vacuum is metal and a big part of the decision to purchase it. We figured it would hold up to commercial use. Tried to go on the Bissell website to order a replacement part and it did not recognize the model #. The vacuum still works but it is now noisy. Can anyone assist is locating the part?

You will replace every part in the first 2 years
I have a small consulting practice that gets vacuumed once a week for the last 2 years. We don’t have stairs, so I didn’t mind not having a hose. We had to replace the belt the first year – but it came with a spare. The plastic hook thing that holds the bag up broke not long after. Now the bag has a hole in it. We contacted the manufacturer and they said they only cover replacements for the first year, so we have to buy a replacement bag already. I’m not sure why they advertise as a commercial vacuum. My home vacuum gets worked much harder than this, was much cheaper, and is still going strong after 5 years. Save your money.

Bad motor.
This vacuum was a lemon. Motor was bad. I received it on Jan 22nd. Didnt open it till today March 22nd. I have a cleaning business. So it was a backup vacuum. Amazon says I’ve missed my “return window”. Will someone please contact me.

Fabulous vacuum cleaner. Powerful direct air suction. No tools? So what. I use it to clean carpet. Full stop. It demolishes debris and sucks up cat litter from 4 inches away. Awesome vacuum cleaner. Thank you Bissell!
