Not Cheap but Works!
We purchased this as a home with multiple dogs and a professional carpet cleaner who makes raising prices a monthly hobby. It is a heavy machine that works very well. If you are a super petite, you will likely need a sturdier body to use it for you. It is heavy and industrial. Wish we had purchased it years ago and saved all the money from our vendor. Dont know about the ingredients in the shampoo but we are pretty sensitive and did not have any reactions. We used much less shampoo than recommended and the machine cleaned just fine. Thank you!

Better than Hoover
Replaced my Hoover carpet cleaner with the Bissell. Cleans better, sucks up and removes water better. Carpet is cleaner and drier after it’s use.
