This is the best Pet Stain and Odor Eliminator I’ve tried hands down
I’ve had dogs all my life and what more I’ve had dogs that excrete their anal glands at one time or another. No matter how much Glandex they are on or how regularly I have their anal glands expressed it happens. I’ve tried at least 5 other cleaners and this one hands down does the best job and it is environmentally friendly because I also have a toddler walking around. The added plus is that this also smells great. I have another cleaner that does a decent job but the fragrance is nauseating. Do yourself a favor and buy this for any pet stain or smell you need to get rid of. It will do it and leave a clean smell behind.

Works great to remove pet urine odor
As a new puppy has entered our home we are dealing with lots of accidents. This product is great at removing the evidence of the mistakes

Works as promised
I do fostering of cats which can be a problem when litter training, so there are times I need to clean up accidents with odor. This product has a strong scent initially but is good after it sits a day or so. Takes the unwanted odor out of carpet.

Works Okay
My son purchased a house with extreme cat odor in one room. We tried everything concoction on google. I found this product on Amazon. After spraying it immediately subdued the odor. However it left a greasy film on the tile. It was left for three days and then mopped before using the room. As soon as the floor was mopped the odor returned. It will work as long as you donât need to mop before using. However because young children would be walking on the floor mopping we necessary.

Works!
My family adopted a dumped kitten late last year and we unfortunately figured out the hard way that she had not been fixed when she went into heat. I had never experienced a cat in heat before and she sprayed all over the house while we were at work/school. A friend recommended Bioda to me and it worked wonders! I was able to clean all over the house, rugs and carpets, and you would never have known that our cat had gone into heat. Even though we have now had the cat fixed, I am grateful to have this because you never know when accidents can happen and who knows if we get another pet some day!

Horrible smell
Used this to clean a spot from a puppy accident. This cleaner smells worse than the puppy urine ever did. It made the whole room reek of either dirty feet, or vomit, my wife and I couldn’t decide. We both did agree it was horrible a d smelled significantly worse than it started.

Removes pet stains too
Not only does it remove odor but removes the pet stain too. Kitchen floor grout is sparkling clean after wiping off a pupper stain. Nice scent that isnât offensive and overbearing
