Works great, solid install kit, clear instructions, worked perfectly. MacBook is working brilliant again. Good communication from seller. Would recommend. Canât comment on life of battery yet, but if it lasts a couple of years itâs worth it.

La batteria dovrebbe arrivare con tutti i cacciaviti necessari per lo smontaggio della batteria (anche se nei modelli del 2018/2019 servono 5 tipi di cacciaviti ma ne vengono forniti solo 4) ma a me sono arrivati due tipi di caccivite in duplice copia. Fortunatamente quelli necessari giÃ li possedevo.Riguardo alla qualitÃ della batteria, potrÃ² fornire informazioni corrette solo dopo un po’ di uso.

Ran into a no power issue
After following the tutorial, my MacBook would not power on. After an hour of frustrated thoughts, I came back with a cool head. I had to tighten the battery connector screw more than I already had (the biggest screw during the installation) and I did not put the battery connector cover back and it turned on just fine. I am going to see if the battery life is better, but my MacBook doesn’t say that the battery needs to be serviced anymore.My battery definitely needed replacing. It had began to swell, but due to the design of the laptop, I couldn’t even tell that it began to swell in the first place!

Battery shorted out my keyboard and motherboard
I am not a techie guy, but I installed this battery following all instructions.Then my computer went haywire. No key board, wierd glitches on screen.Yikes! I took it to technician. He said battery overwhelmed my system and shorted things out.He is still trying to fix my motherboard, if he can’t, I am out 2grand for my macbook pro.If there was any way I could have never installed this and instead taken it to a technician and them install the factory battery, I absolutley would. The company will refund my battery but say there is nothing they can do for my computer. Bad time!

Decent Battery, Straight Forward Install with tools included….Bonus….
Replace battery in 2017 Mac Pro, battery performance is good. Take your time read instructions, lay screws out so your don’t get confused (different lengths & width). BE Careful with trackpad cable not to dis-engage.I had to dis-assemble the laptop again remove the trackpad & reset the cable. Just take you time & watch Youtube video’s & you will have. success. Time will tell on the performance of the battery, either way I saved over $200 by not going the Apple for repair.

AMAZING!
I was skeptical at first, But this battery is actually better than the original MacBook pro battery. So the install was a little intimidating at first. Thought it was a little beyond my scope but it was not bad at all. The video will literally take you step-by-step. Follow her directions and its a piece of cake. I have ran to battery to critical low, then completed a full charge now several times, and so far its been excellent. Exceeded my expectations. 5 Stars

Fairly easy to do
So far the battery is functioning as expected. Took about an hour (be organized with the screws you remove) Love having my computer so I don’t need to be tethered to an outlet! Kinda wish I would have done this sooner. I was unable to use it without being plugged in for some time and thought it wasn’t necessary to fix right away. That was until the battery started to swell and put my computer at risk of fracturing something (motherboard, case, screen) This is way less expensive than going to a repair shop but the savings come with risk, though slight. You don’t want to touch anything on the motherboard or force any of the wire clips open. They should come open easily. If you watch the video, it’ll be a breeze. Don’t skip the “backup” step. There are a lot of stories from those who did and regretted it.
