Robot works but not app * edited
The seller did contact me and helped me address the issue of connecting the robot to the app. It was an easy fix. The pamphlet was saying hold the button on the base and there was no button in base. Seller messaged me and had me press the pause and power button for 3 seconds and it reset the machine and after several trys I was able to connect the robot.Now that I have the app I can program it to clean one room, many rooms or mop a single room and what amount of water to use or what strength of suction I want. I can split a room if I only want half a room done or I can schedule what time I want the room cleaned: when Iâm in bed or when Iâm out of the house.Even if I vacuumed with a regular vacuum, this machine gets in places a regular vacuum doesnât get and I am always amazed at how much dirt it picks up.Even though it wasnât connected to the app it still stored my cleaning hours and my house map.I am now a happy ow er of a cleaning robot âºï¸First I want to say that the robot works well. It has a long battery and even after I vacuumed with my regular vacuum I picked up a lot of dirt because this robot goes into more places and my regular vacuuming does not. Itâs easy to clean. I do wish it came with more brushes because they tend to wear out, I use the mop feature. It also works well, OK not great. It doesnât put down a lot of water which is good for hardwood floor, but it also doesnât mop up every single little stain, for lack of a better word. Itâs almost like a dry mop, but it is picking up dust off the floor.My problem is if I want it just do one specific area of the house and I want to map it out like just the bedroom right for instance , It has to reset every time because I cannot pull the app up. It asks me to push a button on the base there is no button on the base. Iâve tried several times Trying to connect it to a hotspot. It just does not show up. I tried to get a hold of the company but right now the item is unavailable and therefore so is the seller. t I am hoping the seller will read this and get a hold of me and I can change my review once I get the app up and running if indeed it will and the app and the robot work well together.But I see another reviewer was able to connect, so Iâm hoping I can also do I can program which areas I want cleaned.Itâs a simple set up not itself. You must empty it.

Works great easy to assemble only thing is is I wish
Works great wish that it had two sweeper arms so it doesn’t miss some stuff but it does a great job wish the sensors were a little bit better so like you wouldn’t run into chords or anything like that but it works great with pet hair carpeting mopping 100% would recommend

Efficient and Versatile
I recently started using the Tuvacs T10 Pro, and I have to say, I am thoroughly impressed with its performance! Once I powered it on by holding the power button for a few seconds, the robot was ready to go. The controls are straightforwardâjust a simple press of the power button to start sweeping. I also love the option to add the water tank and mop, which is equally simple to set up. Once the tank is filled and the mop is attached, the robot effortlessly switches between sweeping and mopping. It really saves time and does a great job on both hard floors and carpets.What I appreciate most is the flexibility and ease of use. The T10 Pro does a great job of cleaning, and itâs very efficient in its movement, navigating around obstacles with ease. Iâve noticed a significant difference in how clean my floors feel after using it.Overall, Iâm extremely happy with the vacuum. If you’re looking for a versatile, easy-to-use vacuum that can also mop your floors, I highly recommend the Tuvacs T10 Pro.

Multifunctional robot to clean different floor types
This is my very first robot vacuum with an app + mopping features. I was extremely excited to use this and test it out. It did not disappoint. The vacuum isn’t very loud – you can run it while watching television and not be distracted. I didn’t have any major issues with the app (as mentioned in the other reviews). It does a great job with its primary function, which is of course to clean the floors. The suction power is good. It did a decent job with mopping, but I did collect all the rugs off the ground first (just to prevent any accidents). Having this robot mop is a little bit more involved than I would prefer. The mopping feature works well, but I don’t anticipate using it very often. It doesn’t save you much time and you can get a more thorough cleaning the old-fashioned way. If you’re on the fence and need a multi-function unit to clean an average sized room, then this unit is for you!

Good performance!
The TUVACS Automatic Vacuum Robot is a good vacuum robot. It was very easy to set up, connection to my wifi was simple compared to other products. The suction power is great, exactly what I expected from this type of product and the mop function is decent. It definitely gets most of my house in 1 charge which is awesome and the navigation is good. This is definitely a bang for your buck compared to other vac/mops I’ve owned. Recommended!
