Super easy to use with detail instructions on how to get it super clean. Only downfall is it calls for vinegar to clean so the smell can be strong.

It works!
It seems incredible to me but this silly thing did an amazing job. My microwave has never been this clean.

Must have if you own a microwave

It works.
I don’t usually let my microwave get really dirty. We wipe up spills right away before food stores and gets caked on. So, my test of this product wasn’t really heavy duty. It seems to work. It helped soften stuff, so it could be wiped off easily. The little arms help ensure that you don’t get burned when removing it from the microwave. However, be careful if you plan on pouring what little water & vinegar mixture remains inside into a sponge to help wipe up. That water is hot! I’m not really sure what they’re are two faces: one happy and one angry. Functionally there’s no difference. It feels like a toddler toy. I wish it was smaller, as It takes up more room that I’d like in the drawer for something that I don’t plan on using regularly.
