Amazing
This vacuum is just shy of perfect. While the only downside is the downside of all cordless vacuums, namely a shorter than desired battery life, the positives make up for it. Great suction, quick charging, easy emptying canister that doesnât hold onto the dust within. I could go on all day.

Only worked for 3 months.
Worked great at first. After about 3 months of light usage, would only run for about 30 seconds before auto shutoff. Lights blink for 3 seconds, then press the start button and runs for another 30 seconds. Suction power is also next to nothing. It is now completely useless. DO NOT BUY.

Recommended for apartments. Short Battery Life, Not much sound.
The product is excellent for people with small apartments. Its lightweight for the size. The suction of the vacuum is medium, I did not expect much. But overall, for the price and the ergonomically design I think is a great starter vacuum. I used it in tile floors and couch, so it’s versatile on different textures.

Excellent vacuum cleaner for the home
I am thrilled with this vacuum cleaner. From the moment I turned it on, I knew I had made a great purchase. The suction is powerful and picks up all kinds of dirt, from fine dust to larger debris, in a single pass. It works equally well on carpets and hard floors, making it very versatile for any type of surface in the home.One of my favorite features is its lightweight and ergonomic design, which makes it easy to handle and carry around the house, even on stairs. Additionally, the noise level is quite low compared to other vacuums I have owned, which is a big plus.The filtration system is excellent, capturing even the smallest particles and leaving the air much cleaner. I also really appreciate the additional accessories, such as the upholstery brush and the narrow nozzle, which are perfect for cleaning in hard-to-reach corners and in the car.In summary, this vacuum cleaner has made cleaning much more efficient and less tedious. It is an excellent investment for any home. Highly recommended!

Great until it stopped working
Loved this vacuum, great at cleaning pet hair. Worked really well until about 5 months into owning it. The vacuum runs for about 1 minute and turns off – fully charged, cleaned after each use, not sure what the issue is. But itâs past the return window and I didnât buy the protection plan – should have done that.

Worked great for ~3 months
I really like a lot of features of this vacuum. And have had great experience with amazon basics. The button that you just press is a nice change from having to pull a trigger.Recently after about 3 months of normal use, the unit will shut off after about 20 seconds. I can power it back on and it will work again for another 20 seconds before shutting off. I’m not sure if it’s an electronic issue or battery related issue but it’s not usable anymore.:(

Worked < 6 months Another âdonât buyâ review here. Bought this vacuum for my mom who lives alone and keeps a clean house. It saw fairly light duty and less than 6 months after purchase it started to cut out after about 10-15 seconds of use. The engineer in me says it is likely detecting an overheating condition and shutting itself off. I cleaned the thing meticulously and it still wouldnât stay on for long. No support to speak of after the one month return window closes, so this thing is basically a paperweight. Now Iâm buying the Dyson I probably should have bought the first time. Some Amazon Basics are great and save a bunch of money and some are duds. This one is the dud.

LOVE IT
If youâre on the fence about this vacuum, get it! It holds it charge well, it is not heavy (I was worried after seeing some of the other reviews), the wall mount makes it so easy to be tucked out of the way and it is not loud at all! The only thing Iâve noticed is that it canât handle big clean ups (ex: leaves, large clumps of dirt, any small sticks or debris).It is VERY easy to take apart and clean. Itâs easy enough that Iâm able to quickly do it after I vacuum each time.
