This filter is the 1st stage pre-filter used in the AlorAir CleahShield HEPA 550 Air Scrubber.
This MERV-10 Filter is made of synthetic fiber filter media. For MERV-10 Filters: Replace as necessary- we recommend change every 2-3 months.
No modification of the AlorAir CleanShield HEPA550 Air Scrubber is required-users simply place the new MERV-10 filter and then re-secure the cover.
Dim: 13.7″×14.8″×0.8″
Remove the used filters and replace them with new filters.

The replacement filters were recommended to go with the product I purchased did not fit, and I was unable to find the size that came with the original scrubber. HOWEVER, the company worked with me and helped me find the correct size. Were it not for the fact that the proper size replacement filter was so difficult to find, I would give this product five stars.

I love my clean air.
We have to add foam tape around the edges to make a good seal, the filter should come with this. Besides that, it is a great filter and I have ordered it two times within the last year.

Expensive and proprietary so you can ‘t shop around
Seems like $15 each and a minimum order of 5 is a lot to pay for roughly a 1 foot square piece of synthetic fiber and cardboard but you’re stuck since it’s a non-standard size. Although, just wait until you need to replace the carbon/hepa filter combo. Suggest you sacrifice as many of these as you can to extend life of carbon/hepa filters given the high price point.
