Alfabot
This bot is amazing! My husband bought it for me to use on mirrors, glass tables, shower doors etc. Cleaning mirrors and glass can be labor intensive, alfabot has taken the labor out of cleaning. No more streaks to worry about. I love the automatic and/or manual remote. The bot also sprays just the right amount of water on the glass so there is no mess. It also does a good job making the necessary adjustments for door handles, and etc. I simply love it!!!

Remote doesn’t work out of the box
Remote doesn’t work out of the box. Tried to write to support email that is in the box and email has bounced back. Pretty useless device without working remote.

Does not work
I contacted Amazon support. Was told at the chat that I should wait until the seller contacted us regarding our issue. Nothing happened, after a week of contacting Amazon I asked for a refund and was informed I lost the deadline. Support never contacted us and we now have this item that does not work and lost close to $200 on it.

I have had a robot window cleaner before the cheaper one, it was okay till it broke and it broke very quickly after just a couple of uses , decided to buy a more expensive version of it , this one is an upgrade for sure , I am overall very satisfied with it, it of doesn’t do a perfect window cleaning of course you have to finish the corners by hand and some areas as well but i let it run over and over and the results are pretty impressive I would say ,overall its worth the money for sure, considering that window cleaning is one of the worst chores you can possibly do for me anyway and we have soo many windows around our house , now they look like they have been professionally cleaned , I would definitely recommend this product especially if you hate window cleaning as much as I do

It cleans with virtually no effort from me, apart from sticking it on a window. My only criticism is my flat hasn’t got anywhere suitable to tie the safety rope to so I have to stand and hold it while the little robot does it’s stuff.

I really was skeptical about this purchase but works perfect, I really like it.Really do what is advised do a dry run and a wet one. Swap the pad on those too.
